Teenage girl wants to stop hair loss?

Ok, I've been shedding since I was 12. Tons of hair falls out through out the day. I know its suppose to be normal to lose a 100 hairs a day but my hair is thinning WAY too much and my friends dont lose nearly as much hair as me. I'm guessing its cuz i dont eat veggies, but is there specific foods that nourish hair or anything i can do? I DONT WANT TO HAIR BARELY OR NO HAIR PLZ HELPTeenage girl wants to stop hair loss?
First off,you probably should get a doctors appt,this may be medical,a thyriod issue...are you on any medications?Certain meds can cause hair loss too.

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall.



1.Rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea this helps hair grow..
