Well I don't know any specific medication or anything, but I can tell you from experience, I was losing hair for awhile in front, but when I started eating more healthy and cut out the junk more, it seemed like the hair loss slowed or even stopped! But I used to eat so much junk food, maybe that's a factor.

No, seriously :). U should try zinc, magnesium, vitamin E, A, Iron and proteins.
All of this can be found in darkgreen and orange vegetables, 3-5 eggs every week and whole-wheat bread.
Plus give your hair a mask of whole eggs and a little olive oil. Makes it really strong and thick.
Don't put any creams, oils or grease on your scalp, or it won't grow.

if it has started falling out recently there is a shampoo and conditioner called nioxin... use it every day and it will stop the hair from falling out and allow for regrowth
