Girl..hair loss...why...what can I do to stop it?

I am an 18 year old girl and recently a lot of my hair has been falling out. I know that it is normal for some hair to fall out on a regular basis, but it seems like I am losing more than normal. Does anyone know why this could be and what I can do to stop it?Girl..hair loss...why...what can I do to stop it?
if you lose about ~100 hair per day then it is normal and no need to worry about it!Girl..hair loss...why...what can I do to stop it?
Losing up to 100 hairs a hair is normal. Losing more than that is not.

Taking natural hair supplements like provillus will give your hair all the vitamins and proteins or your hair.

Dieting-If you go on a diet this can cause it as well. Some diets will cause you to miss out on vital vitamins and proteins. sa e as above to stop this.

Exercise, meditation and self hypnosis can all help reduce stress.
Hair loss is caused by many reasons such as malnutrition, illness, tension and other health problems.Perming, straightening, hair dyeing and bleaching ,hot combing, using heated rollers and hot wax inevitably damage the hair.Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp.
