im 19 years a boy. my hair is falling 60.- 100 per day.i used hair fall controle shampoos and vitamin capsules but not workHow to stop hair loss in few days?
I hope your body is lacking Vitamin C. So take Vitamin C enriched foods like green chilli, fruits etc.If you dont get the right capsules the any capsule will not solve your problem. The hairfall occurs due to lack of enough sleeping in the night, hypertension and lack of Vitanins. Try to remove those. Sleep 7 to 8 hour daily. Drink plenty of water. Think yourself the happiest person in the world. Don't get tensed.

it lots of stuff that has protein for example eggs n fish, n vitamins in it like vitamin C. also i suggest u use hair oils twice a week, put on a lot of the hair oil n leave it in for about an hour. then wash it out, it'll help more hairs grow and make the other roots strong n reduce hair loss.
Yuo have written here that you took vitamin capsules....Did u visit a doctor/ Did the doctor suggestu those capsules? I surely think your answer is no. Because those natural vitamins wont help. Eat lots of green vegetables %26amp; that will stop hairfall immediately. Use the mixture of amla, reetha %26amp; henna- This also immediately controls hairfall. Even if the hairfall persits visit a good dermatologist. But I think the above remedies will surely help you.
