Hi, using amla hair oil is good, well its worked for me!!!, apply at night and wash off in the morning.

Eat a good wholesome diet, drink plenty of water.

Good luck!!!

ps amla hair oil is available at asian grocery stores.
maybe rogain or try a health food dtore just ask about hair loss
i would check in with a doctor with your hair problem its sounds like stress. i would check in with a doctor right away and heres a hair suggestion try just for men it covers white hair
you should see adoctor to rule out any medical condtitions that may be causing hair loss. It is not uncommon to develop a condition called alopecia. While not life threatening is is emotionally disturbing. This site has info about alopecia

Hey all, Im 18 years old and have been losing hair, Whats the fastest and best way to stop loss & regrow?

It's been going on for a couple of months and my hair is thinning fast. Please help me and give some advice as Im extremely worried :(Hey all, Im 18 years old and have been losing hair, Whats the fastest and best way to stop loss %26amp; regrow?
Don't listen to these people. I started losing my hair at 18 also. Vitamins, protien, and other nutrients that do promote healthy hair do not prevent hereditary hairloss. DHT blah blah blah, I'm sure you know why it's falling out so I'll spare you that. I used Avacor back then because I sold it, trust me it does not work. What does work is Propecia. I did nothing after finding avacor didn't work until I was 23 and I receded quite a bit. Finally i started taking propecia. I took it for 9 months and it completely stopped my hairloss. Before and after photos proved this and also my hair seemed healthier and stronger. Anyway since then I've had two hair transplants(I'm 26 now) and now I have a big mop on my head that needs to be cut pretty bad. If you want to save yourself tons of cash start taking propecia now! It works, if you have other questions email me, I'll get back to you with more specifics.Hey all, Im 18 years old and have been losing hair, Whats the fastest and best way to stop loss %26amp; regrow?
There is probably nothing you can do if it is in your genes. My husband starting losing his hair when he was in high school. But, it want a big surprise. Most of the men in his family have hair loss.
It is normal to lose 75-100 hairs per day. If you wear your hair in a pony tail all day or wear lots of hair spray you are not able to shed hair throughout the whole day. So it may seem if all the hair is coming out all at once. Each hair follicle goes through 3 separate phases .... growing, resting %26amp; falling out. You may have lots of hair folicals on the same fall out cycle.

Is the hair falling out in patches or cirlces?? If so you need to go see the doctor. This could be do to stress, hormonal or dairy alleries. Only a doctor will be able to figure out whats going on.

Are you post pardum... if so hair loss is normal.

In general take a daily vitiam, an Omega 3, use professional shampoo %26amp; conditioner, have regular trims, brush your hair gentle with a great brush.

Good luck!
make sure you are getting the vitamins and minerals your body needs. hair loss is attributed to protein. eat meat or beans if you are a veg.
If it is genetic there is nothing you can do, wear your baldness with rpide, if there is no males in your family with thinning hair it may be stress related, relax! Also purchase a natural supplement called BIOTIN, they sell it at all GNC's and Vittamin Shoppee, get the 1000 mg capsules and take ONE a day (More and it will be excreted in your urine offering no benefits).

Stress related hair loss is becoming more common. If it is really just due to stress there is some good news. Your hair will grow back after the source of the stress has been removed. Due to the nature of stress induced hair loss though your hair will not start to grow back for months after the stress has gone. So do not start panicking.

There are several things you can do to help.

#1 relax. Doing things like meditating. yoga or just exercising all help to remove stress. Many people use self hypnosis tapes or musc to help them relax. All these methods work

#2 Eat a healthy diet. Hair is 95% protein and eating a diet with plenty of vitamins and proteins will not only make your hair look healthy but will help you to keep it.

#3 take hair supplements. There are many that contain all the vitamins and proteins your hair needs and will help you with growing your hair back.

Read the articles below. they explain this in great detail.
Hair Loss can be due to multiple reasons. Since most of us lead fast -paced lives, stress is bound to be part of it . Yoga or meditation helps relieve stress there by improving the overall quality of hair. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

About 100 hairs a day is normal....This is spring time and it is normal to see a bit more shedding at this time of year.....If you are really losing ';a huge amount';...you should go have a check up with your doctor in that this could be a sign of an illness....If your hair is ling, 100 hairs can look like allotI have a huge amount of hair loss every day. stress is a major cause of hair loss, maybe you should go the dermotologist.. my sis went for the same problem, she was able to get a prescription and a shampoo that has helped her tremendously..
you may be malnourished and not getting the nutrients your body needs everyday. thats probably the cause of the hair loss. its stressing your body. so, eat right and use moisturizing shampoos. also, dont use heat styling products on your hair. let it go natural baby!
drink lots of water! When deprived of adequate water to sustain cell health and reproduction, the body becomes dehydrated, which directly impacts hair growth. hope this helps :)
    See a dermatologist.

My face is like oilly and black mark on fore head. and loss of hair taking place. to stop this what can i do?

What do you mean by ';black mark';? Are you talking about a darker blotch on your skin cos you can fix that by applying sylicic acid (sorry for the spelling)...or peroxide topical treatment...this will naturally bleach the botched area. For oily face you need a mild cleanser like Cetaphil cos the harsh ones will irritate and make your face oilier. Johnsons%26amp;Johnson facial moisturizer (i dont know if they discontinued) is really good for oily face cos it's not greasy and absorbs well. Olay is also good.My face is like oilly and black mark on fore head. and loss of hair taking place. to stop this what can i do?

An oily skin , as the name implies, is one in which the sebaceous or oil-producing glands are over active. As surface grease tends to attract dirt, an oily skin acquires a dirty surface film , that needs to be removed daily. For more details on oily skin log on to http://useinfo-oilyskin.blogspot.com/

I'm not sure to what extent you have hair loss, it is difficult to comment. I'd visit your MD and see what they say. Healthy hair starts with good internal health. Make sure your diet is above reproach. Consult with you local guru in wholisitic medicine in necessary and find out what they recommend for hair growth. I鈥檝e used a product called, Provillus that helped in addition to eating healthy.
Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out

    How to stop hair loss?

I'm only 18 and I keep losing quite a lot of hair. If I run my fingers through my hair, quite a few strands just come out. When I take a shower its even worse, ever time I run my hands through my hair about 10 strands come out each time. What can I do to stop this? I use regular Herbal Essenses shampoo which used to be okay for me before, but now I'm losing hair. I just moved to college so maybe its the new environment and unhealthy food? Please help. How to stop hair loss?
you should check with your doctor the level of your hormones first. If it's unbalanced, you are losing hair, it's the first indication. If you are fine, try a different diet.

A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce

or prevent hair loss. Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea

vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried

fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.

For women, thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in

the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach

acids; It could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other

nutrients. Taking two acidophilus tablets after or between meals (four

to six tablets per day) for two months will help.

For men, balding process can be slowed down by taking a low-fat diet.

Some scientists postulate that the male pattern baldness is tied to

increased testosterone levels during puberty. A high-fat, meat-based

diet raises testosterone levels, and that may adversely affect hair

follicles. For example, in Japan, male pattern baldness was very rare

prior to World War II when the diet was lean and healthy. The Japanese

now consume a more fatty, Westernized diet. Baldness is now increasing

substantially among Japanese men. Eating low-fat foods may not stop

hair loss; but it might help slow down the hair loss.

Anemia is one of the most frequent causes of hair loss. Eat plenty of

iron-rich foods, like liver (Avoid if you are pregnant) and other

organ meat, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs,

    dates, and raisins.

The hair is comprised mostly of protein. To encourage hair growth,

adhere to a diet rich in protein. A recommended diet for this purpose

includes calves liver, brewer's yeast, wheat germ, and two tablespoons

of granulated lecithin. Along with protein, these foods are also high

in B vitamins, an important nutrient for hair.

European studies have found that soy protein reinforces hair and

stimulates its growth. In one study, The hair growth increased by 15

percent. Tofu and soy milk are good sources of soy protein. Other good

sources of protein are: low-fat cheese, eggs, fish, beans, brewer's

    yeast and yogurt.

Another important nutrient for hair health is silica. Studies in the

former Soviet Union have shown that silica therapy slowed hair loss.

Organic silica added to shampoo was found to help prevent baldness,

stimulate healthier hair growth and assure beautiful shine, luster and

strength. Some scientists claim that they have effectively stopped

further hair loss by adding silica to their shampoo. This can be

applied externally to regrow already lost hair.

Silica is found in the outer coverings of potatoes, green and red

peppers and cucumbers. Bean sprouts are also high in silica. Eat whole

    foods including sprouts.

Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron. Include a good serving of

fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Vitamin E is important for healthy hair growth. Eat avocados, nuts,

seeds, and olive oil on a regular basis.

If hair loss is due to thyroid dysfunction, eat more foods rich in

vitamin A and iodine. Eat vegetables such as carrots or spinach in

unrefined, cold-pressed seed oils such as flax, walnut or pumpkin seed

and sea salt. Take turnips, cabbage, mustard, soy beans, peanuts, pine

nuts and millet if there is a deficiency of iodine.

Caution: Excessive intake of Vitamin A can cause hair loss.

Try to use castor oil daily, massage it into your scalp. It's very greasy, and you will need a lot of shampoo to wash it off, but it really helps! How to stop hair loss?
In your case, I guess it may be caused by stress, are you feeling a lot of stress due to a new environment? Well, just relax.

    Here' some advise.

    1. Get Enough Sleep

    2. Shower Daily!

    3. Eat More Protein!

    4. Massage Your Scalp!

    5. Don't Use Styling Products!

Or there's another way to go, it may caused by medicine, are you on birth control or something? Sometimes, pills can cause this problem.
Ten hairs lost in the shower is nothing to worry about. You lose quite a bit of hair every day, normally. However, if you want to maintain beautiful hair all your life, taking a B-Complex from a high quality company is a good idea. Kelp is also very good for your hair, as long as you don't have an over-active thyroid.
it's natural for you to shed hair as a female.

I know men with hereditary hair loss lose hair because of excess DHT in their blood. They use finasteride or dutesteride to stop the hair loss. Because females don't produce anywhere near as much testosterone it doesn't work the same.

    nothing to worry about.
Hi Friend, my daughter is also suffering from same problem. And I once told this to one of my best friend in my Office. She, told me about hair regrowth product called ';Provillus For Women';, I used ';Provillus For Women'; which is free and now I find lot of difference. Her hair is growing rapidly and is healthy now. I am very happy to see this. Now, She goes to school with happy SMILE's :).

You too can try if you like.

heat up a table spoon of olive oil in a microwave for about 8 seconds on a plate, then mix two table spoons of honey, then add one teaspoon of powder cinnamon and mix it all up and apply it to your hair, and try to do this almost everyday, and you'll get all your hair back, but keep this a secret. you'll grow new hair in days.
Then you will go naturally bald. Good luck.

I have suffered from acne for about eleven years now and I am only 19... Ortho Tri Cyclen is the only thing that has ever been able to really help my skin...My hair has been thinning alot lately and I thought it was due to chemical damage but I just did some research and birth control can make your hair fall out. Does anyone know if after a few months of being on the pill the hair loss will stop? I just dont know what to do.. the pill reallly helps my skin but could be possibly ruining my hair... :(Will my hair loss due to birth control pills eventually stop?
    Yes, here are some ways...

You need to get involved in a haircare regimen and stick to it daily. On average, hair grows 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch per month. You need to be on a regimen and you will start to notice a difference, only after a few months. So, be patience and committed.

Nioxin makes shampoos, conditioners, scalp treatments and supplements for men %26amp; women to encourage and stimulate hair growth and a healthy scalp.

You can visit Nioxin's website and initiate a live chat with a representative from the company that can help prescribe the right products to meet your individualized needs.

Best wishes...just get into a haircare/supplement daily routine, and stick to it. If you don't see a noticeable change in 2 - 3 months, please see your dermatologist for a professional doctor's diagnosis. In addition, your OB/GYN may be able to change the type of birth control you are on. The new Nuva Ring is the lowest hormone dose of birth control, right now. http://www.nuvaring.com/Consumer/index.aWill my hair loss due to birth control pills eventually stop?
    yes,there are some ways
Hormones have a huge affect on hair. You should contact your obgyn and see if there is another pill you can go on or use an alternate form of birth control. As for your skin...see a dermatologist. Hair loss as a result of hormones can come and go but if it doesn't stop you will have a serious problem. I am a hairdresser. I have seen this before.

ALOPECIA: Genetic factors aside, zinc deficiency is known to cause alopecia (hair loss) in animals. I think vitamin E and the essential fatty acids linoleic and linolenic acid are also important. HAIR LOSS DUE TO ACCUTANE -- will it eventually stop? help!?

i am a 17 year old female ... i was on accutane for 6 months and have now been off it for about 3 months. i hardly experienced any side effects while on the drug, but just within the past month (about 2 mos. after being off the drug) i have been losing tons of hair... i notice it mostly in the shower (big wads of hair down the drain) and it is noticeable around my hairline.

this scares me since this has only starting happening after going off accutane (i know for a fact it is due to the drug). anyone else experienced this? will the hair loss eventually stop? will it grow back?HAIR LOSS DUE TO ACCUTANE -- will it eventually stop? help!?
Below is a question that was asked of Dr Khadavi of

http://www.morphollica.com and he has given the answer below. Hope this is helpful

Hello Dr. Khadavi I was on accutane for about 6 months and during my treatment I had no signs of hair loss. It was only after about 3 to 4 months that I started to notice my hair falling out a lot. I'm starting to see many strands of hair in my brush which I hardly ever had before. I hair is essentially falling out everywhere throughout my head, which includes the the top, and sides. The front of my hair where the hair line is, seems to be stronger than the other parts and not fall out as much, and the back of my head is better as well, since the hair is really short. One other thing, the hairs that fall out don't seem to have big roots attached to them, they seem to be small roots. Do these symptoms go with telogen effluvium? Finally, Have you ever had patients who had hair loss due to accutane? and if so, did you see that they regained their hair again? Thank you.

    Answer from DR KHADAVI:

I have patients that have had hair loss while on Accutane and typically it may last for 6-9 months and most of the hair then regrows.

Don't stress yourself out. I have the same side effect but thankfully you are girl and they will recover while males are less likely to. The downside of this is that it might take a while for it to stop. From 6 months to 2 years or more! Try not to stress out because in the end it will stop for you. Good luck

Hair loss is caused by many reasons such as malnutrition, illness, tension and other health problems. It is normal to shed some hair each day as part of a cycle of growing new hairs and loosing some. Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

What can cause diahrrea, cause hair to stop growing, and weight loss?

I have an 11 year old collie husky mix who has the following symptoms:

    1. his hair has stopped growing. We get him shaved down and his hair no longer grows back.

    2. he has lost a lot of weight in the past couple of years. Something like 15 pounds -- about 25% of his total weight. He is fed a cup of dry food with about 6 ounces of canned food with each meal and he eats approximately half to three quarters of that.

    3. he occasionally has diarrhea. This might be associated with periods where he ate more than normal or there were small changes in his diet. For instance, around thanksgiving he was given a small amount of turkey in his meals for about a week, at the end of which he had a diarrhea episode.

Is there anything specific that could cause all of this? We are taking him to the vet, but am looking up potential causes on my own as well. What can cause diahrrea, cause hair to stop growing, and weight loss?
I'm no vet, but the symptoms you describe sounds eerily like someone I knew who was diagnosed with stomach cancer. Mentally, you have to prepare yourself for the possibility you're going to need to put him to sleep to ease his pain and sufferings. What can cause diahrrea, cause hair to stop growing, and weight loss?
Jenna J has the best answer I'd say. Good luck, and I hope whatever it is can be cured! Tell your doggie I hope he is okay!
maybe over or underactive thyroid, not sure about the diahrrea though
Sound like he has a thyriod condition. The diarrhea was caused from the turkey you gave him. He and so may have a cancer in the abdomen best bet is to take him to the vet and get a complete lab work up
The list of potential causes is long.

The vet will have some good ideas.
I would definitely attribute a lot of this to old age. Do speak with your vet, I'm sure he or she will have good feedback for you.
Cancer, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, cushing's disease, etc....

Only a vet can give you a proper diagnosis, good luck!
There is a rather long list of possible causes of digestive problems, which includes intestinal parasites, fungal infections, food intolerances, pancreatitis, loss of pancreatic function, malabsorption of food, bacterial growth in the intestines, colitis, polyps, cancer, thryoid dysfunction, among others. Some of these are related to each other.

When you take him to the vet, be sure to take in a stool sample so they can screen for parasites, and ask for a complete blood workup. It will cost a bit, but may save you some time and grief down the road.

Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out

go to the store, like wall mart and look for some hair loss products, and don't brush your hari to much or to hard don't get the tangles out, it'll make it worse, just use conditioner or something.
Hair loss can be caused by many things. I suggest you find out what is causing yours. Doctor can give idea what you should use to help stop the loss. If it's heredity then just except it. Bald is in.Good Luck!

Hair loss when I stopped taking my birth control and there is also stress involved. What to do?

We lose hair everyday, 100-150 strands actually, simply from brushing and manipulating. If you have long hair, this can look like a lot, but, considering the amount of hair on a head, it鈥檚 a tiny amount. If hair is coming out in clumps, or you notice circular patches of balding spots, however, there is definitely a problem, and treatment will be based upon the specific cause. The following causes should be investigated if you are experiencing more-than-normal hair loss:

    1. Diet: An unbalanced diet, especially one without enough protein, can cause temporary hair loss. Women who are anemic often experience loss.

    2. Menopause: Because of the change in hormones during this period, hair loss can escalate, and, unfortunately, this can be permanent.

    3. Frequent Shampooing: Shampoos contain a lathering ingredient called surfactant. This can be irritating to the scalp and cause itching and scratching, thus increased hair loss.

    4. Improper Care: If you manipulate your hair too much, color and treat too much, blow dry and heat with curling irons and hot rollers too much, you will see increased hair loss. You need only to look at your bathroom floor, sink and countertops to notice this. Slow down!

    5. Psychological/Physiological Stress: Increased hair loss can occur with pregnancies, major surgery, or a major life event, such as a death or divorce. These causes are temporary and hair growth will return to normal eventually.

    6. Heredity: Heredity plays a part and comes from both sides of the family.

    7. Other Health Conditions: Thyroid problems, lupus, and diabetes can accelerate hair loss. Obviously, these need to be diagnosed by a physician.

    8. Alopecia Areata: This is an autoimmune condition characterized by circular patches of baldness. Basically, the body is attacking the hair follicles. Cortisone shots in the affected areas are required, and the earlier the better. Take heart. There鈥檚 a lot of research going on which may soon resolve most of the causes of hair loss in women. However, there is a great product that has been proven effective. It is called Provillus. Provillus is an oral supplement, which works to block DHT, a form of testosterone that is responsible for 95 percent of hair loss. It also works to stimulate the scalp and bring dead follicles back to life. You can use Provillus as a preventative tool, starting the program before hair loss becomes severe, or you can use it after DHT has already begun to take hold of your hair and scalp.

All those unnatural ways to grow hair with harsh chemicals and by plugging in hair transplants are earning huge corporations billions of dollars and doctors hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

Also, potentially irreversible side effects occurring in the group of people taking the drug are erectile dysfunction, ejaculation disorder (decreased volume of ejaculate) and low libido.Hair loss when I stopped taking my birth control and there is also stress involved. i wouldn't worry about it, its probably just your body getting used to the hormone changes. you could get a supplement for hair loss in your local pharmacy, the good ones are a bit pricey but they are worth it, you do have to use them for a few months to see a result no point in just buying one box and giving up, also if you straighten your hair stop, o try cut down you just making it worse. hope this helps
I would see a doc. Most likely it is hormonal though, and you may always have the problem when your hormones change. I have alopecia, (no hair on my head), and at first it was really hard to accept, so I invested in nice wigs (it can be fun). Eventually though I came to love my natural look, and I usually get tons of compliments on my hair (or lack thereof). I do have lots of people ask if I have cancer, but I just say 'no, its just a much less serious medical condition' and nobody asks past that.

Anyway, I hope that your hair grows back, but if not, I hope you can find some positive things about it (like how perfect your hair always looks with a wig...or how fast you can get ready in the morning without one)

What's contributing to my hair loss? How can I stop or reverse this?

I've lost literally %70 of my hair in the past 3 months or so and I don't see an end to this in sight (hair is everywhere, on my pillow, lining the shower, the sink...it's awful)...I'm beginning to see bald spots and the texture of my hair is dry and brittle/breaking off. I was looking at a picture of myself from a year ago and I had beautiful, full locks...now this.

My first question is: I take a multi vitamin with vitamin A (about 1000 IUs) in it and I've heard that leads to hair loss...should I stop taking the vitamin? Is there a vitamin that doesn't have A in it? I know I need the vitamin because I don't have access to a lot of nutrients so I'm not really sure how I should handle this...

Secondly, what are some methods/products that have been sure fire for you or that you've heard of?

I know that some contributing factors have been my anxiety (I've been diagnosed), I've been relatively stagnant (little to no exersize), and I've been eating more carbs/sugars lately...

Will my hair ever grow back? Will it stop falling out? Please please help. Thank you. What's contributing to my hair loss? How can I stop or reverse this?
First of all i think your best going to the doctors to be checked out first.

    I'm sure they'll have a reason!

If not there are shampoo's you can buy which help.

Dealing With The Largest Inducing Factor of Hair Loss

The superior cause of thinning and balding hair is without a doubt DHT or dihydrotestosterone, a hormone that tends to cling itself to your hair follicles. As a direct result, your hair follicles get trapped, flinched and clogged therefore stimulating loss of hair and baldness.

For this reason, it is better that you focus most if not all of your effort on stopping and controlling dihydrotestosterone. There are many very effective treatments you can practice to achieve that aim:

    * Consult a doctor to identify the best conventional treatment for you.

    * Make use of the nature's most medicinal herbal solutions. Herbal remedies like saw palmetto and green tea are exceptional natural dihydrotestosterone inhibitors that work just as capable as, if not stronger than most medication treatments.

    * Make several modifications to your daily dieting and eating habits. Drink more water and avoid taking in too much fats and sugar.

    * Get sufficient amount of sleep everyday and get rid of stress. The lack of sleep and extreme stress induce your body to make and release more hair-follicles-killing DHT.

    Increasing Solid Hair Regrowth

While halting further hair loss is very important in treating the disorder, so is promoting solid growth of the hair. To accomplish a better and much firmer hair regrowth, you can try these tips:

    * Eat more healthy foods. Eat in more fruits and vegetables.

    * Consume a solid biotin supplement. Reports and feedback point out that biotin is effective of bettering the growth and density of the hair.

    * Do not forget iron, zinc and magnesium. These indispensable minerals are all necessary for your body to grow salubrious strands of hair. To make matters easier for you, you can take a good multi-nutrient supplement.

My dearest friend, I know all too well how it feels like to have hair loss. Embarrassments, frustrations and a huge dip in self confidence as well as hundreds of other bad things come hand in hand with baldness and hair loss.
After many years of research, self experimentation this was the only natural treatment I found that stops thinning and loss almost straight away and also produces new growth.

My hair has completely regrown on crown over a period of months. Where receded at front regrowth has been slower, but has virtually grown back to original hair line and though sparse at beginning, each month it became denser.

Massage scalp thoroughly with oils daily - olive oil is excellent - then using a palm held short bristled brush - soft natural boar bristles for non straight hair and stiffer for straight hair. Do it quite vigorously so you really feel it stimulating scalp. 90 /100 strokes or even more each day focusing on where loss is.

After scalp adjusts you can increase brushing. Will unplug blocked hair ducts indicated by painful small spots like pimples and a cause of hair loss and It will grow faster, thicker and It will force the new growth.

Brushing before you apply oil is equally OK.

A little shedding and breakage may occur at first but quickly stops as hair will quickly get better anchored and stronger.

After one, two weeks or more(depends on how much you have brushed) you will see new hairs appearing. Initially they will be tiny and weak looking and sparse. Don't be concerned if further brushing uproots them as they will re-appear even stronger.

It demands perseverance week in, week out to get the same results. I've found most do not persevere and so fail to get them. But have heard from some who have had equal if not better success than I have had.

Using this treatment it is OK to wash hair every day. Most shampoos are scalp and hair damaging and are cause of loss(Do a Google to confirm). I stopped using and use only a natural bar(or tablet) soap with no additives , no coloring and no perfumes. Some organic shampoos are OK but then some are not (research will tell you why)

Genetics probably are a factor in hair loss. Many male family members - one is only 18 and is totally bald - have suffered severe hair loss. I honestly believe this treatment saved me from the same fate.

Try it you will be happy that you did!

    Mukunda.

year ago I suffered very much from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.

the things that really worked for me was:

    1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

    2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

    3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

    4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

    5) also I used herbal treatment - TrichoZed

It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.info/why.php

It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major cause of hair loss!

    good luck!

I'm a 45 year old lady and have begun to notice hair loss. Any ideas why and what I can do to stop it?

Hello, i strongly suggest that the first thing you need to do is research the reasons why you may be losing excess hair.

Once you have ruled out any of these as reasons for the hair loss, you will want to begin to concentrate on other reasons. The production of too much testosterone can cause loss of hair.

This is often experienced when women go through menopause. Their estrogen is lower which allows the production of more testosterone.

This paves the way for the production of DHT which is a problem for hair follicles. It attaches itself and smothers hair follicles causing them to shrink. When this happens, they begin to drop hair and will not grow new hair either. There are that will stop this process such as Minoxidil (mentioned by Dr. Craig Ziering and hair loss usfferer in the video).I'm a 45 year old lady and have begun to notice hair loss. Any ideas why and what I can do to stop it?
well everytime someone ask for help and I give them a site to go to they get mad at me. I hope you don't. You and I are the same age. so I ask are you on any medications that may bbe causing this?

There are only two drugs approved by the FDA that are for hair loss they are Minoxidil and Finasteride. They are also approved by The American Hair Loss Association to treat and slow down the process of hair loss and pattern baldness. I have not found the products that these durgs are in over the counter that is why I have to send you to a website. If the link dosen't turn blue just copy it into you browser. Thanks and good luuck also Happy Coming HolidaysI'm a 45 year old lady and have begun to notice hair loss. Any ideas why and what I can do to stop it?
so try this...regular trims are a must, about every 7-9 weeks. if its been awhile since you have had a trim then inches may be called for to get to healthy hair. i use vitamin e on fresh washed hair.(its a vitamin that can be purchased where you buy vitamins, cut open capsule, squeeze into hand, rub hands together and apply to hair) dont message into scalp. if you get too much then just rewash it. hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then it will be nice and soft. it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow about three in a month. it takes about a month for the e to kick in. dont brush your hair but maybe once a week to message the scalp, i use a wide tooth comb at other times. brushing breaks off hair. i just started biotin vitamins two months ago this sat and notice and big growth spurt from that. biotin is cheap. i also have the biotin shampoo that i got from a vitamin store online. five bucks for a big bottle and a big bottle of E is about 8 bucks. the biotin is about 3 bucks. good luck
If it is an all over thinning of the hair, try Rogaine. If it is missing in patches, go see a dermatologist.
Tell your doctor, your thyroid may be low.

  • I m an 20 yrs old n i m facing hairs loss.what should i do to stop it n to regain los hair n does laser b cure?

If the hairloss had not started, ordinary products would have helped to prevent hairloss. Homeopathy doesn't work anybetter. Batra's homeopathy would get you absolutely ZERO results. It's a total failure. Allopathic drugs will have sever side-effects. Don't even try them

Once hairloss has started at such a young age, you need a professional treatment. Prefer a treatment with organic / natural ingredients. Suggest you the Segals Solutions Program. It's from canada, now available in India and delivers fantastic results, fast and safe. Study it's ingredients. saw Palmetto in Segals Solutions would do the trick for you. It's perhaps the only solution that will get you a permanent solution. Go for their hairloss program that would have some special supplements for hair and some scalp lotion. Stupendous. Nothing else is even closer ! This would the ultimate and final destination for you to ged you rid of hairloss once for all.....

You may even speak to them and seek an advice. It's honest and will be usefulI m an 20 yrs old n i m facing hairs loss.what should i do to stop it n to regain los hair n does laser b cure?
if you're having hair loss problems, and it's from bleaching there are ways to help. Hair grows with the right nutrient, protein, etc.

    Laser doesn't cure hair loss.

If you want fix hair, you have to talk to a doctor about regrowing it. there's no way to do it yourself if it's chemically.

It doesn't cost much for a checkup.I m an 20 yrs old n i m facing hairs loss.what should i do to stop it n to regain los hair n does laser b cure?
It could be a lack of nutrients in your body that's causing the problem - most cases of hair loss are because of this.

There are many different treatments that are meant to ';cure'; your condition by providing your body with the nutrients it needs.

';Provillus'; is one of the market leaders. You can see a report about it here: http://www.regrowreport.com/provillus-re

    Hope this helps?

My hair loss doesn't seem to be hereditary. How can I stop it?

My father (late 50's) and three older brother's (mid to late 20's) all have full heads of hear. I'm 20 and starting to thin. Is there anything I can do about it?My hair loss doesn't seem to be hereditary. How can I stop it?
What I did was the following

1/ I changed my diet to make sure I was getting plenty of vegetables and fruit. you may ask yourself what diet has to do with hair loss. Hair is over 95% protein and if you suffer a protein or vitamin shortage your hair is going to take a battering.

One indication of a shortage of vitamins and proteins is brittle nails. your nails are made from the same proteins as your hair and if your nails are brittle and breaking then it is a good indication yo are suffering a vitamin or protein shortfall.

2/ a bad shampoo can wreak havoc with your hair. Making your hair dull and lifeless and it can even damage the scalp in bad cases. ideally you want a shampoo with a pH as close to your hair as possible. That is between 5.5 and 9. switching shampoos made a huge difference to my hair.

3/ If you have not got the time to make sure you are getting the right vitamins and proteins in your diet then take hair loss supplements. these contain all the vitamins and proteins that your hair needs and also contain DHT blockers which prevent your body from producing DHT which is the major cause of hair loss.My hair loss doesn't seem to be hereditary. How can I stop it?
My immediate family members suffered severe hair loss - one was completely bald at 18. I truly believe this NATURAL, safe treatment saved me from the same fate. It stopped loss almost straight away and forced new growth. I massaged scalp thoroughly with olive oil then brushed vigorously using a palm held brush with short natural boar bristles (soft bristled for fine straight hair and stiff bristled for thicker non straight hair - you can see them on Amazon). I brushed so I could really feel it stimulating scalp - 90 /100 strokes each day focusing on where loss was. I was apprehensive about brushing but, surprisingly, I found it forced new growth. There was a little shedding and breakage at first but it quickly stopped as the brushing made hair stronger and better anchored. Initially new hairs were weak looking and sparse. Brushing did uproot new hairs but they quickly re-appeared even stronger. My hair has completely regrown on crown. Where receded at front regrowth was slower and sparse at first then each month it became denser. It demands perseverance week in, week out to get the same results.

I found loss was caused or aggravated by shampoos - I did on line searches and found that there were near epidemic cases of hair loss caused by them. Anti dandruff ones are the most harming. Blow driers are another culprit.

Find ';Non harmful shampoos, etc'; with Google searches. Some will be expensive or only available on-line so refine search by adding ';low cost'; and ';available in stores'; Find in GNC, Trader Joes, some Walmart Stores, Cost Plus, Wegmans, Earth Fare, natural %26amp; health foods stores.

I have had feed back from someone who has had even more success using treatment. Reports hair has substantially regrown in just 6 months. Can send to you.

SOURCE(S): 20+ years research, self experimentation using safe, natural treatments for hair loss, skin, scalp and hair disorders...
the biggest thing you should do is look for the reason behind it. If you think it is a temporary thing, then stick to a healthy diet and it should go away. If you are afraid it is permanent, look into the over the counter fixes. I looked it up and found an article about which options you have. Best of luck.

Omg, ...sigh... this is an emberassing question (hair loss) how can i stop it, could it be do to stress???

I am 24 years old and already experiecing hair loss. I am not sure if ti's stress related but it seems to be getting thinner as time goes by. I am super worried because i don't know what to do to make it stop. i really don't stress about work, i have an awesome job, married life is hard though... could it be my marriage...hmm... maybe it's my car it needs so many repairs... some plp have told me that it can also be a poor diet, and dernit i ';try'; to eat healthy but with the busy life i have it's hard to do. I really need ideas in how to stop my hair loss, maybe i need to take vitamins i don't know. any helpful ideas will be great... %26amp; please b/4 I go bald...ha ha ha... that would not be so cute...lol Thanks!Omg, ...sigh... this is an emberassing question (hair loss) how can i stop it, could it be do to stress???
It sounds very much like stress. I would visit a naturopathic pharmacy. Talk to the naturopath and go through details of your lifestyle so that she or he can give you the appropriate product.

On another note, you may actually have a parasite. A friend of mine came back from India and began losing her hair (you don't have to have visited a foreign country to pick up a parasite like this). If that's what it is, you will need a parasite cleanse treatment. If the naturopathic remedies don't work, see a medical doctor in case it's a parasite.Omg, ...sigh... this is an emberassing question (hair loss) how can i stop it, could it be do to stress???
Try Hair loss remedies at http://www.hairthinning.org/
    Henna treatment is best!

To henna add 2 raw eggs, 4 tsp each of coffee powder( not instant), lemon juice. You can add even curd (yoghurt).

    Apply it once a week.

Leave it atlest for an hour and wash it with plain water. Do not apply shampoo for atleast two days..

Take food rich in iron and calcium such as milk and milk products, sprouts, fruits - ';DAILY';.

Also for tension release pray to Lord Jesus Christ who love you and answers your prayer at once.. Feel free to talk to the Lord! He is more than a friend! He is awaiting your conversation with Him. You can talk anything to Him at anytime like you talk to your friend. And sure He will answer what ever you ask!
You know, it could be so many things. My Mom, although much older than you, was loosing her hair, and to make a VERY long story short, she had a benign tumor on her pituitary gland...that was also pushing on her optic nerve...it had gotten quite large. The pituitary gland is a small gland, but an important ';sex'; gland (for secreting hormones, etc)...and can cause hair loss. Simple daily stress would not likely cause your hair loss...unless you have some harsh chemicals on your hair. I would think a thorough check-up with your Dr including blood work and maybe an MRI of your head, could be in order. Don't worry, almost ALL tumors of the pituitary are NOT cancerous. But, can cause enough trouble!

Go see your Dr if it worries you.
yes....it could b stress...but from experience i can say that it could alos be the basic treatment of your hair(ie shampoos/conditioners and basic care). if you use a brush now i would reccomend using a large tooth comb instead....its much more gentle on your hair. i would also reccomend aussie deep strength conditioner. good luck
Here is a couple of suggestions, it maybe due to a poor diet, start taking prenatal vitamins and make sure you work out on a regular basis, cause those pills will make you gain weight, also you can get some products to use as well the best stuff on the market is Nioxin you can buy that at any of the top drugstores! All proffesional hairstylist swear by it!

    Good luck:)

Over 99% of hair loss in men is the resault of Androgenic Alopecia. How to stop that ???

Doctors say that over 99% of hair loss in men is the resault of Androgenic Alopecia. most of men loss their hair and become bald because of Androgenic Alopecia which blocks hair recirculation in head. So what are the best ways to reduce Androgenic Alopecia ???Over 99% of hair loss in men is the resault of Androgenic Alopecia. How to stop that ???
They do say that but they should say what the cause is of Alopecia is and how to prevent it. This is a reply I received from someone who is having success at ending loss by using the only safe natural treatment I found that actually restores growth.as well. Despite what you read about genetics and other factors being cause, some of principal reasons are harmful shampoos and equally harmful medicated shampoos and medications which we then use to correct problem. We are seeing a hair loss epidemic in both males and females and its occuring at ever younger ages - as young as 14 and 15. We compound the problem by over washing hair - some do so everyday - and that is promoted by shampoo manufacturers. Do a Google search ';washing hair daily harmful?'; See dozens of sites listing harm. Also compounding problem is use of countless other hazardous chemical filled products , use of hair driers, permanents, straighteners, etc.etc.

See this site www.peterdunn.org.uk It's warning you of the hazards of shampoos.';Shampoos damage your hair, so you should check the ingredients for sodium laurel sulphate, sodium laureth sulphate, and propylene glycol, all of which are harmful to health.

Sodium Laurel sulphate is a dangerous substance which foams readily, making the shampoo or gel thicker and therefore seem richer. Sodium laureth sulphate is a less harmful form, but both damage hair follicles and cause hair loss.

They also harm the eyes, stinging is nature's way of warning you. Tests show fetuses subjected to these substances do not develop functioning eyes, and they are implicated in the formation of cataracts in adults. Propylene glycol - antifreeze - is a known skin irritant and is thought to cause mouth ulcers and even oral cancer when used in mouthwash. It also damages the kidneys and liver. But that is in some shampoos! Most of the chemicals we put on our skin are readily absorbed into the body, especially nitrates. One study showed that one shampooing can put more nitrate into your blood than eating a pound of bacon';.

Read much more about frequent washing dangers on this same site.

I'm English and live in Mexico where there is a lot of poverty so the poor simply don't have hair loss problems as they can only wash hair (and body) infrequently. Also many men here oil hair or use oil dressing and wash infrequently. So you do not see the same hair loss.

I started suffering from hair loss in my twenties and despite genetic factors indicating total baldness was my fate, I

experimented to try to find what could halt and reverse hair loss using solely natural methods and have had remarkable results. Also stopped using harmful shampoos, found alternaives to washing , and only washed if absolutey necessary. I now have a full head of natural, healthy, thick, healthy hair and healthy scalp. Go to my profile and see the answers related to hair, hair loss, baldness, and other disorders. Many are Best Answers. Some have responded that despite their genetic tendencies, they tried treatments and also totally reversed loss and grew new hair.

Natural Ways to Prevent Hair Shedding

If you currently have TE or telogen effluvium, you probably already suspect that once hair shedding has started, it can be difficult to put the genie back in the bottle. And sometimes, the panicked things that we do to stop or slow the hair loss can make the problem even worse. So, it makes sense to prevent the shedding (or it's recurrence) in the first place. I enjoy watching BBC America's ';You Are What You Eat'; and I got the book. In the book, Dr. Gillian writes that the majority of her female clients are deficient in certain essential fatty acids (not traditional ';bad'; fat). One of the symptoms is loss and thinning of hair. It is a possibility to explore, either through similiar info or seeing a nutritionist. Here's a link to her info:

Hair loss ';sheading';, what can I do to stop it?

I know that everyone loses multiple hairs every day. But I shead ALOT. I have to clean the bathroom everyday because of the amount of hair. What can I do to keep my hair attached to my head? Are there any vitamins or pills that will help? What causes this? Are there any foods that I should avoid to minimize this?Hair loss ';sheading';, what can I do to stop it?
From personal experience I can tell you that large amounts of caffeine will deplete your B vitamins (they're water soluable, and caffeine is a diuretic). Inositol is the B vitamin which enables the scalp to hold on to each hair. When inositol is too low, the hairs will loosen at the root and come out (not breaking, just coming out).

Decrease caffeine and take a B-vitamin tablet, if you thing this is the cause.

Best of luck.Hair loss ';sheading';, what can I do to stop it?
A Dr. on womenshealth.com said that estrogen can sometimes change the ';life span'; of your hair, and for a while it will fall out. It could be hormone related.

Postpartum hair loss at 5 months. What can I do to get it to stop?

It started falling out a few weeks ago and tonight I took a shower and seriously, no exaggeration, half of my hair came out in clumps. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do? Please help! I feel horrible and don't know what to do.Postpartum hair loss at 5 months. What can I do to get it to stop?
That happened to me when my daughter was about 6 months old. It really freaked me out. I would run my fingers through my hair and a clump of hair would fall out. My comb would be just full of hair.

My doctor said not to worry, she said it could take up to 6 months for my hormones and everything to get back to normal. I thought, wow in 6 months I will be bald.

My doctor was right, within a few months my hair was back to normal. I'm sorry to say, there's not much you can do. My daughter is now 2 1/2 and I still have a full head of hair. So, don't worry.Postpartum hair loss at 5 months. What can I do to get it to stop?
Some hair loss is normal after delivery especially if you had a c-section. If you are on Depo Provera, hair loss is normal too and in the amount you mention. You will not become bald! You hair will remain thin but will start growing again soon. Eat a balanced diet of plenty of protein and some fats.
A while back I got a friend that was not yet a fully qualified hair dresser, she put bleach over bleach, It caused my hair to what I thought was falling out, till I realized that it was snapping off not falling out at the roots. If you are pregnant its common for women to have either extra dry or extra oily hair due to hormones. Try put a good hair treatment through your hair, and although they say to only leave them in half an hour, It wont hurt to leave it in a couple of hours if you can. Just ask your hair dresser if it is a treatment suitable for pregnant women.
yup, it happen to me too, and my cousin experience the same thing too, i guess its natural for our hair to fall after the delivery, i just wash my hair regularly, and it gets better...
Shave your head bald and then you wont b able to tell!
i experience hair loss occasionally, because i am vegetarian and i dont have enough protien. maybe the baby is nursing all the protein you consume. maybe you need more protein. or calcium.
It is natural and you will get over it in a few months. Massage aloe Vera gel over the scalp, leave it for about one hour. After this rinse the hair with warm water. It gives excellent results for hair loss if one uses this massage at least 3-4 times a week. Hair loss and how to stop?

ok i'm 18 years old and i'm already starting to see balding coming up..is there some kind of formulas or shampoo or products that could stop this from happening..ones that really work and not those fake advertisementsHair loss and how to stop?
Rogaine seems to be the answer you're getting from everyone. I've heard that it was amazing for a lot of people but it has done more harm than good for others. You need to determine the type of hair loss. If it is for baldness, then yes, if you stop using it, it can all fall out. It can also fall back out and take more out with it leaving short, scraggly hairs. Someone mentioned finasteride, brand name Propecia, has been shown to help women but is made for male pattern baldness. If you were to get pregnant, the baby could be born with abnormalities of the genetalia. There are many side effects of the drug.

    My advice:

    1. see a dermatologist. The hair loss may not be as bad as you think. I have Telogen Effluvium which is temporary. Talk to a doctor and see what they say. There are other options.

    2. Use Nioxin. It doesn't make your hair thicker or make it regrow, but until you figure out the nature of the problem, it will make you and others PERCEIVE it is thicker. It's an expensive system, yet cheaper than Rogaine. This can be found in most specialty hair shops ((Sallys, Trade Secret, Master Cuts, etc.)). Other shampoos in stores won't help at all.

    3. Take a high dose of Biotin ((i'm taking 5,000 mcg)). This will kick start regrowth of new hairs and is found in most stores in the vitamin section.

I hope this helped! Good luck!Hair loss and how to stop?
Yeah I'm pretty sure Rogaine works, everyone knows it. It makes lost hair grow back again. BUT, the only downfall is that you have to keep using it without missing to take it, because once you stop for maybe a week or two from using it, then you hair immediately starts falling out again! So if you can make sure you take it on time, your hair will keep growing.

Also check the side effects, and make sure you don't have any medical problems or other medicines that might not be healthy to take Rogaine with.

    Good luck!
Rogaine (minoxidil) can slow or reverse hair loss in a large percentage of people. But you have to use it every day. Forever. It really does work, but you can never stop or you will lose any gains you get from it. I was one of the ones it didn't work for.
Daily application of refined coconut oil, mixed with lime juice on the hair, prevents hair loss and lengthens it. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

    u cant do nothing
    A hat.
    Wear a rug!
Basically you cant, you just need to accept the fact that your gonna be bald then you may get over this hangup. Ive been bald since the age of 24 and have enjoyed a quality life. its not the end of the world.
In medieval times they recommended putting a cow pat on the bald bits
Have a cow lick your head. Tried and tested. Honestly!!!
shave it all off , no more loss !
Its easy to stop hair loss, but not with minoxidil. its rubbish. The answer against hair loss are Propecia (finasteride pills) one pills every day 1mg and you don't just stop your hair loss, you get it back, but you have to have patience. I have eaten this for 5 years now. It takes about 8-10 month before you stop loosing your hair, and then maybe 6 month further before it grove back, but i promise you, it is worth the wait, its a great feeling. And after maybe 4-5 years you have your full forelock back. The pills are easy to find on the Internet, they cost about 50 cent a piece. Good Luck.
Do you wear a hat most of the time? and was your hair ok before you started wearing one? well My kids bought me a best Dad hat for one fathers day and I wore it non stop, I noticed that I was going bald but I put it down to my health and me now 50. when I stopped wearing it my hair returned.

Try this out if you wear a hat, I hope I have helped.
    Nothing you can do

it's not the best thing in life to be looking forward to
you should shave it off ... if it's your family legacy .. you should try to live with it

  • What can I use on my hair to help stop breakage and loss?

I am an African American woman with naturally curly hair. It breaks very easily, and is always very dry and brittle no matter what moisturizer I use. I need some help from the hair care doctors on this one. What can I use to moisturize, stop breakage and promote a healthy regrowth? What can I use on my hair to help stop breakage and loss?
    1st step- avoid chemicals

2nd- heat protect- before you style use a heat protecting spray (my favoite is from CHI)

3rd- avoid sulfate shampoo's (this will be hard and you'll have to spend a little more)

4th- avoid excessive styling- don't constant pull the hair backin a tight bun or with weave- it'll cause breakageWhat can I use on my hair to help stop breakage and loss?
Using a satin cap does wonders. You can get em at Walmart (black hair care section by the shampoos) or Sally's for 2-4 dollars. Don't get the super cheap ones because they aren't as good. Also, grease your scalp and hair every other night at first with hair oil. Do this for 2 weeks then you can reduce it to oiling 3-4 times a week or so. This should help hair growth. Try to roller set each time you wash your hair if you can.

You should wrap your hair every night before you put the satin cap on, but if you're too tired don't fret. It literally takes 1 second to put on, it's like a shower cap. You should comb -- not tear out -- your hair frequently, though.

If you choose to ignore everything else, use the satin cap above all, it really works wonders, I know from personal experience.
Washing your hair too much drys it out and helps it to break. Never comb or brush your hair when it is dry. Water drys your hair out.

I use B%26amp;B hair creme. Pantene conditioner(not a leave in) actually works really good for my hair (Not necessarily the one for women of color). Suave (not a leave in) hair conditioner works good. Liv leave in hair Conditioner is working good for me right now.

    Olive oil worked for me.

It seems that I can't always use the same products all the time. It's like my hair gets used to it and I have to switch up every now and then.

I love my curly healthy natural locks. Don't you?
it's all about what you put in your body. keeping hydrated is good for skin/hair, taking hair/skin/nails vitamins will help with stronger hair regrowth

if you're willing to afford it, try Altera Caviar shampoo and conditioner (~25 per)
Try Jojoba oil. You massage the scalp with it and leave it on for a short time. When you shampoo it washes clean!

Native Americans have used it for centuries. It strengthens the hair at the root level. I love it! You can actually use it every day if you feel like it and it won't build up. You find it at local health food stores. :-)
BIO SILK, you can find it and any salon or at heb, it's kinda expensive but hey god only gave you one set of hair ;)

put a dime sized amount on the ends when you get out of the shower and before you go to bed, it saved my hair's life!

Your hair should be damaged, badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar this helps control hair fall.Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

First off dont wash your hair to much second off whatever your doing STOP if its straightening Stop using Chemicals / hair products STOP just leave your hair and STOP combing it constantly and when you wash your hair roller set it and use a good shampoo and conditioner goodluck :)
use something natural as to herbal oils

    and clip ya ends.

and if your perming it stay on schedule.

stay away from too much hot irons.
I have mixed children and grease works well on there hair, I know that there are perms out there that might help as well... If all else fails, go see a good hairdresser!
try natural oils for the dryness like coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil

leave it in your hair for about 20 min then wash like you usually do
    Biosilk smoothing system

    works great.
They sell this stuff at wall greens it called CARROT CREME. It works very good. Try it
better shampoo and brush before dry

I am experiencing hair loss while Im in my 30s. What can I do to stop the loss?

Here are 5 critical steps that have been followed by many successful individuals who have conquered their hair loss problem:

    1) Try to understand why you are losing your hair. A few things to look at are stress levels, depression, diet, hormones, family history, as well as your overall surroundings.

    2) Equip yourself with the most powerful treatments and techniques available to the public. This may not be an easy task. Looking through hundreds of scam treatments to find one or two legitimate treatments is like trying to find a rice grain in a playground filled with sand.

    3) Get out of your comfort zone and try to develop a treatment regime. A treatment regime is a combination of approaches towards hair loss. Remember to think outside the box and take a few treatments at a time. make sure you are physically able to do this by talking to your doctor. You also need to choose treatments that you will be personally comfortable with using. Keep in mind that there may be many positive as well as negative side effects for different treatments.

    4) Look into developing a specific plan of action. Decide which treatments to include in your regime. Get the treatments and read the instructions over carefully. The prices will range between $100-$500 each.

    5) Take the time to commit to a plan and find an effective way to track your results. This is the only way that you will know whether or not your treatment regime is working. A few suggestions are using a calendar, keeping a journal, and even taking periodical photographs.I am experiencing hair loss while Im in my 30s. What can I do to stop the loss?
first off stop using any and all Hair dye. bleaching too. if you use a sharp brush try using a Wide tooth pick comb instead. when washing your hair. use a Safe shampoo. something for colored hair. it will say ';safe to use on colored hair'; even if you don't dye your hair. the shampoo is still gentle on the hair. after do not brush out your hair when wet. its really bad for your hair. wait till dry. *do not wrap your hair up in a towel and twist* that brakes your hair! to many girls do that. try towel drying then keep your hair down to air dry. don't use any heat. like hair driers or anything with heat.I am experiencing hair loss while Im in my 30s. not much if it's hereditary. stop using too many products if they are drying your hair out, and stop using heat to style. i recommend seeing what a doctor recommends if you are worried.
You will usually loose 100 hairs a day this is normal. Each month you will loose a little bit more because the body is replenishing itself. ( There is a new hair pushing the old one out of the follicle.)

I've been a licensed cosmetologist for thirty years.

    Hope this helps.
Make sure there's no underlying medical condition--thyroid problems are very common (and very treatable) and hair loss is a common symptom.
First you should see a specialist to determine what might be causing the problem.

It could be genetics, over processed hair (such as color or other chemical procedures) or something medical.

umm...nutrition plays a big role in the health of hair so if you've been crash dieting or simply not eating the right foods, that could be the problem also. the only thing i can help you with would be the Nutrition area.

Protein/Keratin is very good and vital to the health of the hair. So try eating foods rich in Protein or actually taking Vitamin B6 can help in regrowth of the hair.

    good luck = )

What causes hair loss at 23 years ? and how to stop getting bald ?

No one is bald in my familly, not even grand grand father. From both sides, mother and father.

What can it be ?What causes hair loss at 23 years ? and how to stop getting bald ?
Most the time, male hair loss at young ages is hormonal, if you feel that your hormones are way too active all the time, that sign may predict baldness at mature age, The shampoos even if they work a little and for a while, are not the solution, the shampoos will make grow a very thin hair also called ';peach hair'; that will fall out after you stop using that shampoo, there are no solutions, but you can prevent as much as you can more hair loss by doing this: do not wear a cap often, try always to keep your hair clean, do not use conditioner, and often times once a week or so, do not use gel, spray or any other hair products, and also eat much jello! (it has protein that help the hair regeneration) everything I'm telling you is true!!What causes hair loss at 23 years ? and how to stop getting bald ?
I don't know, its ussualy hereditary, I have two bald uncles who started loosing their hair in their early 20's, and my gramps, their dad lost his early too.

You should see a doctor and make sure you have no medical problems causing it maybe its stress or its just a fluke
Don't wear hats, that will speed up the process.
Just shave your head man that is what is in. And think about this u don't even have to comb your hair everyday. Women loved a shaved head don't u girls.
Rogaine! The only problem is, you can't stop using it once you start. You have to keep it up.
My husband is only 26 and he started to lose his hair at 21. I personally think he looks good bald. I know that he is very self-conscious but now he sees some of his high school buddies losing their hair and he is getting better. My advice would be to cut you hair very short. If you are unattatched and worried about meeting girls, you wouldn't want a girl so vain that she is only worried about your hair and not your heart!

stress. don't stress yourself out over problem is life. take care of yourself.
Alopecia. I had the same problem, no hair loss on either side of my family. I started developing small bald spots. I went to my dermatologist and got steroid injections into my scalp and that helped my hair to start growing again. I hope this helps. Good luck!!
See a doctor. I'm guessing it could just be a fluke, but maybe it's an infection.
    Stress!
    go see your doctor!
If your balding at an early age like that it's hereditary. sorry, you can get that hair growth for men kor get implants, but that looks like a doll.
I can be from medical reason, allergies to soap or other substances, stress, even something like food. You didn't say if you were male or female? That can have something to do with it too.
SHAMPOO- BUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU NEED TO GO TO THE DOCTOR SO MAYBE HE CAN STOP IT.

There is no vitamins that stops hair loss. You can use other products like rogein but I suggest just getting used to being bald.
There are severeal forms of baldenss. If it is male pattern baldness (Androgenetic alopecia) then the hairloss cannot be fully cured in most cases, but just frozen for some time with the treatments availiable on market today.

    1) Hair transplant (FUE technology) creates really natural hairline, no scars, the best way to go if you have enough donor hair and money of course.

    2. Propecia (Finasteride) and Minoxidil are the only ones approved by FDA and proven to work in most men so far.

Generic Propecia (finasteride) is also ok. I use it with same results, and unfortunately same sides(a bit dry feeling in the scalp) as brand propecia. Have tried lots of herbal crap before it and laser combs, so far the only thing that prevents my hairloss, not much regrowth, but has stopped my hairloss completely.

I buy from this pharmacy for the last 2 years - http://www.savemoneyrx.net/generic_prope . It is under $1 per pill as I buy the 90 pills. (89$ for 90)
its cant stop 4 u. ur gunna be bald u baldy
Try stinging nettles in a oil base rubbing it on your head plus massage it in the pores. Its green so be sure to wash it out after your scrub. It is used to stimulate hair growth in men and women. You can find it in any good health food store. If all is alcohol based don't buy. Make your own buy a bulk bag 1 to 2 lbs.of the nettles and fuse with a good virgin olive oil on the stove top bring it to a simmer ,then let it sit for 3 to 5 days Always use stainless steal ware(start to finish),mix up daily (Wooden spoon prefered) cover tight with aluminium foil . There ya have it a great hair tonic non toxic. When you use it warm it a bit ,you will feel a slight sensation as your pores begin to open from the warmth and stimulation.Don't forget your food and drink ,taking a well balanced vitimans also gelatin ,biotin, sting nettles orally these will all attribute to your health and help your body, hair and soul.
    hi prashanth,

a regular oil massage will help as suggested by another user.

Biotin is section of the Vitamin B complex and is a vitamin supplement necessary for sound hair, scalp and nails. Biotin will help with the condition of the hair and the scalp as well. Just put...Biotin is Hair Food.. so consult a good doctor and ask him for b-complex tablets.

You can also try Himalaya products for hair loss, if it is not very excessive loss!!!

Intake iron and multi vitamin tablets daily.[Plz.. suggest me something:(] How to STOP or Recover from hair loss?
Use the product with minoxidyl in it (like rogaine) or store brand is good it is the same thing you are only paying for the name. I use walmart brand in the pink box for 19.99 anyway I was kind of leery at first but I was starting to thin out on top I was like I will try anything at this point so I tried it and I saw results in 2 months don't get discouraged just be patient.

You might want to check with the doctor if it is ok for you if you are not that good in health it could mess with your blood stream. Good Luck!!! Hope this helped.

PS...Also you can use that spray dye just to color in your scalp I didn't care for that but it did help for a while.
You need to take care of your hair really well, don't use any rescue chemicals or anything like that, it'll probably damage your hair even more. Go to your hair dressers to see what they recommend.

What is the hair loss from? If it's from stress take a look at this link which should help.

Procerin is one of the most prescribed drugs for treating male pattern baldness and has yielded positive results. It is completely natural oral medication that restricts the conversion of testosterone into DHT, thus reducing the adverse effects of testosterone. It is completely safe and is very effective in the age group of 18 - 35. The success rate is nearly 88%.

Rogaine or Minoxidil ranks high up as a very effective hair care drug. It helps in regeneration of hair growth and has been approved by FDA. It acts on hair follicles to allow the hair to grow on the bald area, especially the forehead. It is sold in liquid form and should be applied directly on the scalp.

    eat food rich in proteins
There is a vitamin for thinning hair called Vitalfan. You can look it up online.. I buy it at Sephora. But I take it to help my hair grow out longer! It seems to be working great for me!
Avoid excessive use of shampoo, don't bath with very hot water, avoid over exposure to sun, apply coconut oil daily or after hair bath to save your hair against air pollutants.
Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo. Rub oil into the scalp. Wring out a towel in hot water and wrap it on the head. Keep it on for 15 minutes. Shampoo and dry well. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
