Hi, using amla hair oil is good, well its worked for me!!!, apply at night and wash off in the morning.
Eat a good wholesome diet, drink plenty of water.

i would check in with a doctor with your hair problem its sounds like stress. i would check in with a doctor right away and heres a hair suggestion try just for men it covers white hair
you should see adoctor to rule out any medical condtitions that may be causing hair loss. It is not uncommon to develop a condition called alopecia. While not life threatening is is emotionally disturbing. This site has info about alopecia
