What do you mean by ';black mark';? Are you talking about a darker blotch on your skin cos you can fix that by applying sylicic acid (sorry for the spelling)...or peroxide topical treatment...this will naturally bleach the botched area. For oily face you need a mild cleanser like Cetaphil cos the harsh ones will irritate and make your face oilier. Johnsons%26amp;Johnson facial moisturizer (i dont know if they discontinued) is really good for oily face cos it's not greasy and absorbs well.
