I have hair fall, am young, female, vegetarian. how to stop hair loss?

am an asthma patient. though i dont take medication for asthma regularly. i cant wash my hair frequently, i just wash it twice a week, not more than that. cant use lots of hair oil either. even heating hair oil and applying it in the scalp does not help. i cant use hair oil with amla, mehndi, hibiscus. as these cause asthma. am allowed to use only a tea spoon of hair oil! along the strand of hair, not in the roots !

used to color my hair, have not done since february.

please help...I have hair fall, am young, female, vegetarian. how to stop hair loss?
It sounds like you need more protein in your diet and you may be missing some key vitamins. You need half your weight in protein grams every day, divided by three for each meal. So if you weigh 120 lbs, you need 60 grams of protein divided by three, which is 20 grams of protein each meal. Since you are a vegan, you may want to include a protein shake in your diet. I recommend a Whey source because too much soy can mess with your hormone levels.

I would also recommend that you pay a visit to your doctor to rule out any other physical issues that you may be having.

I also recommend Nioxin hair products and vitamins. They work wonders for hair regrowth. You can find them an any mainstream beauty brand stores. They are a little pricey but cheaper than the advertised scams and very effective.I have hair fall, am young, female, vegetarian. how to stop hair loss?
your daily diet has a lot to do with it as well

make sure your getting enough proteins and when you do wash your hair make sure it says it has protein in it.

I sympathise with u. i can understand ur problem. first tell me Y don't u take proper medication? u knw well that u r suffering badly.

Ok let see... hair is made up of protein components. So ur food must comprise enough proteins to take care of ur body %26amp; hair. Since u r a vegetarian.. drink lots of protein drinks like the high protein boost, milk. Look for all the food which has the nutrients. Take capsules for 2 or 3 months.

I wish u a healthy life ahead. Take care !

Its called eat some meat. You are not getting enough protein so your hair is falling out it is all from your diet.
you are most likely protein deficient... you need to up the protein.. get some shakes and drink away... it's not good for your hair or you muscles or you health in general.. if you are going to be a vegetarian , do it smartly otherwise your health will suffer tremendously.. when you are young, you don't really feel, but as soon as the years start to add up.. you feel like hell.. trust me..
put keya seth's hair oil.It will help you a lot.
Make sure your diet is well-rounded. Vegetarians can be perfectly healthy and get enough protein and nutrients, but they have to work at it. Go to your library and check out books on vegetarian lifestyles, they even have ones specifically for teens, to make sure your diet is well balanced. Also, begin taking a daily multi-vitamin, one formulated for young women, to further help you meet your nutritional goals. Many skin/hair issues can be helped greatly by proper nutrition.
