Well first, Suave and Herbal essence are the worst to use. They have to much Perfume witch damages you hair and leaves it to dry. You need to start eating egg yolks. Now that you are a Vegan you need vitamin B-12 and maybe some protein vitamins as well. Hair needs protein to grow. Also try not to stress a lot. You can go to GNC and get a product that is called hair skin and nail it's in a purple bottle and works great. I used it when I was a vegan and I saw results in months. The reason why your nails are growing because nuts help your nails grow. You have to take vitamins when your a vegan because no matter how much beans etc.. you eat it's still not enough. Plus your body has been through a lot so it will take a lot for it to eat back into shape. Good luck and I'm happy your recovering!!!
As a recovering bulimic myself I just have to say good job, and good luck, its a hard process, but it is worth it! As far as the hair...you have to make sure you get some protein, and it will gradually start to grow back. If not then I'd suggest seeing your doctor about it. Also use a shampoo that is made for people with hair loss.
use conditioner. and take supplements. (omeg 3 is really good, so is biotin) and get as much protein as you can. and make sure you eat enough, i know you said you're recovering, but you really need to have a healthy diet - that's the one thing that's going to help you out the most.
eat potassium rich foods like bananas and definitely keep eating nuts, the protein will help. i suggest doing cholesterol treatments on your hair, google it and you'll know what i mean. it's a realllllly deep conditioning treatment.
well i personally think u should see a doctor......%26amp; showering twice a week?? i think u may b able to help your damaged hair by showering 3-4 times a week %26amp; use a hydrating shampoo.....hope this helps!!

put oninon in ur hair for a while them wash it out it makes hair grow it might smell kninda bad but it worth it.
What goes in to the body is important, stay on your vegetables, and fruits. Eat meat in small portions. The shampoo and creme rinse you use is essentially important. They are not all created equal. Use a good shampoo and especially a creme rinse that penetrates your hair shaft not just coats over it.

I use Frutis by Garnier shampoo for strength and length and Pantene Conditioner. it doesn't matter which Pantene Conditioner, so long as its Pantene. Wash your hair no more than 2 times within 7 days. Turn your head upside down and brush 100 strokes do this twice a day to stimulate the follicles and bring shine to the hair. Once a week take mayonnaise and cover all hairs, place a plastic bag over hair to keep the warmth in leave for 15 mins. and then shampoo, condition. Never use a brush when your hair is wet, always a comb. Start from the bottom up to comb out tangles, then braid your hair in a loose braid and leave it. The more you fuss with your hair the more breakage you'll have. After you take your hair out of the braid, it will smell fresh and have wavy body to it.
