Two egg white mixed with two tablespoon of yogurt can be applied for 30 minutes and then washed, when done at least once a week prevents hair loss . Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
Take Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon

Honey 1 tablespoon

Olive oil 1 tablespoon or more as required

Make a paste by mixing all them well. Before shampooing, apply this paste to hair roots and scalp. An application for 5 to 10 minutes is enough, now shampoo as usual. This is a well proofed home remedy for hair loss.

Castor oil is another well known home remedy for hair loss

Apply Castor oil mixed with sesame oil and leave it for 30 minutes before hair wash

Egg white mixed with curd can be applied for 30 minutes this not only prevents hair loss but also leaves hair shining.

For dandruff:::Mix 2 tspns of Brandy in 1 cup of water. Apply with the fingertips to the roots of hair. Wash after hour with shampoo.

Good Luck Gopinath
I'm not sure of your gender, but I don't believe that makes a huge difference,,, just my opinion.

Are your parents, or grandparents bald? If so, then its inevitable.

Genes play an extreme roll in your hair patterns.

Another consideration is Alopicia - or Alopecia Areata.

Its something that can cause you to lose your hair in small circles or places around your head, or your entire body.

If you find that you are losing hair in chunks and there are small smooth spots on your head where you used to have hair, then I would consider Alopecia. Google it. (My mother has alopecia and has no hair on her body, she is allergic to her own hair...)

If you feel you are just losing an exessive amount of hair, like hair in the drain consider the fact that each human loses roughly 100 hairs a day from their head.

If you are thinning and it doesn't point to any of the things I mentioned above, consider diabetes, any medications that you are on, your diet (PLAYS A HUGE ROLL), How old are you, and have you been using an exessive amount of hair products for the majority of your life...

If you think something is medically wrong with you consult a physician.

If its normal patterned baldness, consider buying NIOXIN, it is scientifically proven to grow hair in healthy follicles. Go to a local beauty shop, have them discuss the product with you. I know first hand that it works really very well.

You can start losing hair from being ill, so the first thing you should do is see a doctor. If you're not ill, then try eating differently. Brewer's yeast is the best natural product you can eat to help your hair besides fish and nuts. Also, drink plenty of water. It helps to keep your hair from breaking. If you are a male, then you should stop eating saturated fat. New research has found a connection between eating fatty foods and premature balding in men.
you can find much tips on that in this blog about hair loss http://forgethairloss.blogspot.com/
cod liver oil, i know its horrible but it stops the hair falling out and you will not have dandruff as well
massage your hair and scalp twice in a week with almond oil or daily with coconut oil. hair massage is the only natual nourishment to hair in the world
You may have a fungal infection, this looks like dandruff that causes hair loss, try using an anti fungal shampoo such as Nizoral, and if this fails to work you may need anti fungal tablets off your doctor.
use nice shampoo that soot's u r hair
Dont use Shampoo for ur hair....
Home treatment for hair loss includes hair care and hairstyling techniques that may help you cover thinning or bald spots on the scalp. This may be easier for women because inherited hair loss (androgenetic alopecia), causes a general thinning that is usually not as severe as it is in men. Hair sprays, dyes, and perms can help make the hair appear fuller.

In women with inherited hair loss, hair care and the occasional use of grooming products, hair sprays, hair color, teasing, permanents, or frequent washing will not increase hair loss. However, if your hair loss is caused by hair care, then perms and dyes may contribute to more hair loss.

For both men and women, hair thinning and baldness increase the risk of sunburn and skin cancer on the scalp. When in the sun, wear a hat or use a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or more to prevent sun damage to the scalp.
