I take head bath 2 times a week. Before I was doing daily.. but after i see the hair loss i reduced to 2 times a week. Hoping that it can reduce the hair loss. Result is NO.

To be completely honest with you, hair loss is primarily a genetic factor and cannot be prevented. There are some techniques you can use to alleviate the hair loss, however if your dad or grandfather has gone bald around your age, chances are you will too. Foods high in calcium, chromium, coopper (found within your green vegetables and beans), iodine, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, and Zinc have been clinically proven to help alleviate hair loss because they are essential in follicle nourishment and production.
Try to stay away from creams because often times it is just fancy marketing and they do not work (I know because my brother tries it and he is actually losing more hair).
Last but not least, diet and excersize are one of the most important factors to alleviate hair loss. Sweat from excersize helps distrubute oil and nutrients throughout the head, therefore providing stronger, healthier hair. Hopes this helps!
