What should I do to stop hair loss?

are you a guy? theres nothing you can do. nothing at all. Just make sure you dont try to cover it up. it'll only look worse. What should I do to stop hair loss?
There are so many different causes for hair loss that it would be impossible to diagnose your situation. You should consult a professional who will be able to tell you whether it is normal or not. You don't say how old you are as well.

Most often, hair loss is a normal effect of becoming an adult. Just before puberty, your hair will be the very thickest, and sometimes can get really out of control. But during puberty, the hormonal changes also start hair loss. This takes several years before it becomes obvious. All men lose a little hair as they get into their mid-20s and later. Some don't show any significant loss until much later.

What can you do to stop it? Depending on how old you are, there may not be anything you can do now. It's partly heredity, partly your unique makeup. There are some theories that our modern lifestyle also contribute to early hair loss, but there is no proof of that yet.

There is one way to stop hair loss: castration in early puberty. But that has some side-effects!! Unfortunately, once the hormones are released into your system, the process has started, and you can only go with the flow. Some women actually think that bald is sexy! you can't stop hairloss from happening...but you can add some powder gelatin ( knox gelatin) to your shampoo and it'll act as a thickening agent ( makes hair appear thicker/fuller...just add 1 tablespoon of it to your shampoo
