But 4-5 times a day EVERY day may be a bit much and might be a sign of depression, or at least that you're not getting enough enjoyment out of it, like going too fast or simply needing a partner to do it with (sex is meant to be shared). In any case, it would mean that you're not getting the fresh air and exercise or companionship that you need to grow up healthy and strong. Personally I think it doesn't do any more damage than take energy from your body and make u feel very weak!!!
