I enjoy watching BBC America's ';You Are What You Eat'; and I got the book. In the book, Dr. Gillian writes that the majority of her female clients are deficient in certain essential fatty acids (not traditional ';bad'; fat). One of the symptoms is loss and thinning of hair.
