I'm a 19 year old guy, I recently found out that I have a low thyroid hormone level and I鈥檝e had the symptom of hair loss for more than 3 years now, but it鈥檚 really starting to show now. Can it be reversed once I start taking the hormone pill that my doctor prescribed to me?Can low thyroid hormone symptoms like hair loss be reversed?
If the hair loss is indeed due to low thyroid (hypothyroidism), then yes, it can reverse when you take prescribed replacement therapy.Can low thyroid hormone symptoms like hair loss be reversed?
