What do these hair loss symptoms sound like?

Ive noticed recently that ive lost some hair on my hairline, but not in the front but on the corners. I am 19 and i have been really stressed out lately (also anxiety that im working through). Im also big on fitness and every day i usually do several sets of over a hundred straight pushups and over 40 pullups in a row, squats all that. My diet is pretty good, i dont eat anything unhealthy, i take alot of creatine, protein, multivitamins whole grain and real meat. I saw the wrong kind of doctor today and all he basically told me was that it looked like something that could be caused from a traumatic event. (Since then have scheduled with a dermatologist) Mentally ive been going through alot, and also im not sure if working out to intensily could somehow be related. None of my family members say they have lost hair around my age. Im also not missing any hair on my scalp, but like i said just at the left and right side of my hairline. Any help at all is appreciated. What do these hair loss symptoms sound like?
Stress could most certainly be the cause. Are you losing it symmetrically on the right and left upper forehead? If you are that is consistent with male pattern baldness.

If you are working out a lot that could lead to an increase in your testosterone levels which can cause baldness (the hair loss drug Propecia works by reducing the testosterone level in the body).

Although no one in your family lost their hair at your age, if they still lost it eventually then you are likely to go bald. They age at which it occurs may not be the same though. One of my good friend in college had the balding pattern of a 40 year old, so anything is a possibility.

Most likely thought your dermatologist should be able to determine the cause. Good luck. The last thing you need is early baldness to add to your anxiety. What do these hair loss symptoms sound like?
it probably is mentally-

you've heard the saying you make me want to pull my hair out, right?

That's true... sort of.

When your going through alot (stressed) your hair become moderatly thinner, sometimes falling out.

Just stay calm....
Been on minoxidil for about a year and a half and have not seen even the smallest amount of regrowth.

My hair only started visibly growing after doubtfully trying out the natural techniques to re-grow lost hair @ http://www.regrowmyhair.info

I would sincerely %26amp; highly recommend this easy to follow step-by-step guide with pictures to anyone who is suffering from hair loss right now.

Anyway, its also a cheaper and effective way of regrow-ing lost hair compared to those unnatural ways which may involve harsh chemicals that may have side effects.

Good Luck !
The best treatment is to take a course of vitamins known to be effective in promoting hair growth. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
