and im also tired all the time. it think it might be because of stress from school and everything but i think it might be more serious then that or its hopefully nothing at allI need help finding out what illness i have symptoms; hair loss, frequent diarrhea, loss of appetite, nausea.?

I would most definitely not rely on someones diagnosis on here. Those could be symptoms to a serious condition. Absolutely go see a Dr.!!
