Hi, using amla hair oil is good, well its worked for me!!!, apply at night and wash off in the morning.

Eat a good wholesome diet, drink plenty of water.

Good luck!!!

ps amla hair oil is available at asian grocery stores.
maybe rogain or try a health food dtore just ask about hair loss
i would check in with a doctor with your hair problem its sounds like stress. i would check in with a doctor right away and heres a hair suggestion try just for men it covers white hair
you should see adoctor to rule out any medical condtitions that may be causing hair loss. It is not uncommon to develop a condition called alopecia. While not life threatening is is emotionally disturbing. This site has info about alopecia

Hey all, Im 18 years old and have been losing hair, Whats the fastest and best way to stop loss & regrow?

It's been going on for a couple of months and my hair is thinning fast. Please help me and give some advice as Im extremely worried :(Hey all, Im 18 years old and have been losing hair, Whats the fastest and best way to stop loss %26amp; regrow?
Don't listen to these people. I started losing my hair at 18 also. Vitamins, protien, and other nutrients that do promote healthy hair do not prevent hereditary hairloss. DHT blah blah blah, I'm sure you know why it's falling out so I'll spare you that. I used Avacor back then because I sold it, trust me it does not work. What does work is Propecia. I did nothing after finding avacor didn't work until I was 23 and I receded quite a bit. Finally i started taking propecia. I took it for 9 months and it completely stopped my hairloss. Before and after photos proved this and also my hair seemed healthier and stronger. Anyway since then I've had two hair transplants(I'm 26 now) and now I have a big mop on my head that needs to be cut pretty bad. If you want to save yourself tons of cash start taking propecia now! It works, if you have other questions email me, I'll get back to you with more specifics.Hey all, Im 18 years old and have been losing hair, Whats the fastest and best way to stop loss %26amp; regrow?
There is probably nothing you can do if it is in your genes. My husband starting losing his hair when he was in high school. But, it want a big surprise. Most of the men in his family have hair loss.
It is normal to lose 75-100 hairs per day. If you wear your hair in a pony tail all day or wear lots of hair spray you are not able to shed hair throughout the whole day. So it may seem if all the hair is coming out all at once. Each hair follicle goes through 3 separate phases .... growing, resting %26amp; falling out. You may have lots of hair folicals on the same fall out cycle.

Is the hair falling out in patches or cirlces?? If so you need to go see the doctor. This could be do to stress, hormonal or dairy alleries. Only a doctor will be able to figure out whats going on.

Are you post pardum... if so hair loss is normal.

In general take a daily vitiam, an Omega 3, use professional shampoo %26amp; conditioner, have regular trims, brush your hair gentle with a great brush.

Good luck!
make sure you are getting the vitamins and minerals your body needs. hair loss is attributed to protein. eat meat or beans if you are a veg.
If it is genetic there is nothing you can do, wear your baldness with rpide, if there is no males in your family with thinning hair it may be stress related, relax! Also purchase a natural supplement called BIOTIN, they sell it at all GNC's and Vittamin Shoppee, get the 1000 mg capsules and take ONE a day (More and it will be excreted in your urine offering no benefits).

Stress related hair loss is becoming more common. If it is really just due to stress there is some good news. Your hair will grow back after the source of the stress has been removed. Due to the nature of stress induced hair loss though your hair will not start to grow back for months after the stress has gone. So do not start panicking.

There are several things you can do to help.

#1 relax. Doing things like meditating. yoga or just exercising all help to remove stress. Many people use self hypnosis tapes or musc to help them relax. All these methods work

#2 Eat a healthy diet. Hair is 95% protein and eating a diet with plenty of vitamins and proteins will not only make your hair look healthy but will help you to keep it.

#3 take hair supplements. There are many that contain all the vitamins and proteins your hair needs and will help you with growing your hair back.

Read the articles below. they explain this in great detail.
Hair Loss can be due to multiple reasons. Since most of us lead fast -paced lives, stress is bound to be part of it . Yoga or meditation helps relieve stress there by improving the overall quality of hair. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

Go to a doctor and have blood work done.I have a huge amount of hair loss every day. What should i do to stop this, %26amp; to let it grow strong %26amp; Long?
About 100 hairs a day is normal....This is spring time and it is normal to see a bit more shedding at this time of year.....If you are really losing ';a huge amount';...you should go have a check up with your doctor in that this could be a sign of an illness....If your hair is ling, 100 hairs can look like allotI have a huge amount of hair loss every day. What should i do to stop this, %26amp; to let it grow strong %26amp; Long?
stress is a major cause of hair loss, maybe you should go the dermotologist.. my sis went for the same problem, she was able to get a prescription and a shampoo that has helped her tremendously..
you may be malnourished and not getting the nutrients your body needs everyday. thats probably the cause of the hair loss. its stressing your body. so, eat right and use moisturizing shampoos. also, dont use heat styling products on your hair. let it go natural baby!
drink lots of water! When deprived of adequate water to sustain cell health and reproduction, the body becomes dehydrated, which directly impacts hair growth. hope this helps :)
    See a dermatologist.

My face is like oilly and black mark on fore head. and loss of hair taking place. to stop this what can i do?

What do you mean by ';black mark';? Are you talking about a darker blotch on your skin cos you can fix that by applying sylicic acid (sorry for the spelling)...or peroxide topical treatment...this will naturally bleach the botched area. For oily face you need a mild cleanser like Cetaphil cos the harsh ones will irritate and make your face oilier. Johnsons%26amp;Johnson facial moisturizer (i dont know if they discontinued) is really good for oily face cos it's not greasy and absorbs well. Olay is also good.My face is like oilly and black mark on fore head. and loss of hair taking place. to stop this what can i do?

An oily skin , as the name implies, is one in which the sebaceous or oil-producing glands are over active. As surface grease tends to attract dirt, an oily skin acquires a dirty surface film , that needs to be removed daily. For more details on oily skin log on to http://useinfo-oilyskin.blogspot.com/

I'm not sure to what extent you have hair loss, it is difficult to comment. I'd visit your MD and see what they say. Healthy hair starts with good internal health. Make sure your diet is above reproach. Consult with you local guru in wholisitic medicine in necessary and find out what they recommend for hair growth. I鈥檝e used a product called, Provillus that helped in addition to eating healthy.
Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out

    How to stop hair loss?

I'm only 18 and I keep losing quite a lot of hair. If I run my fingers through my hair, quite a few strands just come out. When I take a shower its even worse, ever time I run my hands through my hair about 10 strands come out each time. What can I do to stop this? I use regular Herbal Essenses shampoo which used to be okay for me before, but now I'm losing hair. I just moved to college so maybe its the new environment and unhealthy food? Please help. How to stop hair loss?
you should check with your doctor the level of your hormones first. If it's unbalanced, you are losing hair, it's the first indication. If you are fine, try a different diet.

A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce

or prevent hair loss. Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea

vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried

fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.

For women, thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in

the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach

acids; It could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other

nutrients. Taking two acidophilus tablets after or between meals (four

to six tablets per day) for two months will help.

For men, balding process can be slowed down by taking a low-fat diet.

Some scientists postulate that the male pattern baldness is tied to

increased testosterone levels during puberty. A high-fat, meat-based

diet raises testosterone levels, and that may adversely affect hair

follicles. For example, in Japan, male pattern baldness was very rare

prior to World War II when the diet was lean and healthy. The Japanese

now consume a more fatty, Westernized diet. Baldness is now increasing

substantially among Japanese men. Eating low-fat foods may not stop

hair loss; but it might help slow down the hair loss.

Anemia is one of the most frequent causes of hair loss. Eat plenty of

iron-rich foods, like liver (Avoid if you are pregnant) and other

organ meat, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs,

    dates, and raisins.

The hair is comprised mostly of protein. To encourage hair growth,

adhere to a diet rich in protein. A recommended diet for this purpose

includes calves liver, brewer's yeast, wheat germ, and two tablespoons

of granulated lecithin. Along with protein, these foods are also high

in B vitamins, an important nutrient for hair.

European studies have found that soy protein reinforces hair and

stimulates its growth. In one study, The hair growth increased by 15

percent. Tofu and soy milk are good sources of soy protein. Other good

sources of protein are: low-fat cheese, eggs, fish, beans, brewer's

    yeast and yogurt.

Another important nutrient for hair health is silica. Studies in the

former Soviet Union have shown that silica therapy slowed hair loss.

Organic silica added to shampoo was found to help prevent baldness,

stimulate healthier hair growth and assure beautiful shine, luster and

strength. Some scientists claim that they have effectively stopped

further hair loss by adding silica to their shampoo. This can be

applied externally to regrow already lost hair.

Silica is found in the outer coverings of potatoes, green and red

peppers and cucumbers. Bean sprouts are also high in silica. Eat whole

    foods including sprouts.

Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron. Include a good serving of

fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Vitamin E is important for healthy hair growth. Eat avocados, nuts,

seeds, and olive oil on a regular basis.

If hair loss is due to thyroid dysfunction, eat more foods rich in

vitamin A and iodine. Eat vegetables such as carrots or spinach in

unrefined, cold-pressed seed oils such as flax, walnut or pumpkin seed

and sea salt. Take turnips, cabbage, mustard, soy beans, peanuts, pine

nuts and millet if there is a deficiency of iodine.

Caution: Excessive intake of Vitamin A can cause hair loss.

Try to use castor oil daily, massage it into your scalp. It's very greasy, and you will need a lot of shampoo to wash it off, but it really helps! How to stop hair loss?
In your case, I guess it may be caused by stress, are you feeling a lot of stress due to a new environment? Well, just relax.

    Here' some advise.

    1. Get Enough Sleep

    2. Shower Daily!

    3. Eat More Protein!

    4. Massage Your Scalp!

    5. Don't Use Styling Products!

Or there's another way to go, it may caused by medicine, are you on birth control or something? Sometimes, pills can cause this problem.
Ten hairs lost in the shower is nothing to worry about. You lose quite a bit of hair every day, normally. However, if you want to maintain beautiful hair all your life, taking a B-Complex from a high quality company is a good idea. Kelp is also very good for your hair, as long as you don't have an over-active thyroid.
it's natural for you to shed hair as a female.

I know men with hereditary hair loss lose hair because of excess DHT in their blood. They use finasteride or dutesteride to stop the hair loss. Because females don't produce anywhere near as much testosterone it doesn't work the same.

    nothing to worry about.
Hi Friend, my daughter is also suffering from same problem. And I once told this to one of my best friend in my Office. She, told me about hair regrowth product called ';Provillus For Women';, I used ';Provillus For Women'; which is free and now I find lot of difference. Her hair is growing rapidly and is healthy now. I am very happy to see this. Now, She goes to school with happy SMILE's :).

You too can try if you like.

heat up a table spoon of olive oil in a microwave for about 8 seconds on a plate, then mix two table spoons of honey, then add one teaspoon of powder cinnamon and mix it all up and apply it to your hair, and try to do this almost everyday, and you'll get all your hair back, but keep this a secret. you'll grow new hair in days.
Then you will go naturally bald. Good luck.

Optimize your diet. See page 138 in Adelle Davis' book Let's Get Well for a discussion on falling hair and what may work to stop it.
Get used to it... and invest in a pair of Wahl clippers...
i don't know how old you are, but i just stumbled o nto something great, it's a chinese herb called Ho Shou Wu or american name for it is Fo-Ti, this will regrow hair and bring back it's natural color if you are graying, check it out, it has many other great benefits.

I have suffered from acne for about eleven years now and I am only 19... Ortho Tri Cyclen is the only thing that has ever been able to really help my skin...My hair has been thinning alot lately and I thought it was due to chemical damage but I just did some research and birth control can make your hair fall out. Does anyone know if after a few months of being on the pill the hair loss will stop? I just dont know what to do.. the pill reallly helps my skin but could be possibly ruining my hair... :(Will my hair loss due to birth control pills eventually stop?
    Yes, here are some ways...

You need to get involved in a haircare regimen and stick to it daily. On average, hair grows 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch per month. You need to be on a regimen and you will start to notice a difference, only after a few months. So, be patience and committed.

Nioxin makes shampoos, conditioners, scalp treatments and supplements for men %26amp; women to encourage and stimulate hair growth and a healthy scalp.

You can visit Nioxin's website and initiate a live chat with a representative from the company that can help prescribe the right products to meet your individualized needs.

Also, their website will tell you what salons/beauty supplies in your area where you can buy Nioxin.

Best wishes...just get into a haircare/supplement daily routine, and stick to it. If you don't see a noticeable change in 2 - 3 months, please see your dermatologist for a professional doctor's diagnosis. In addition, your OB/GYN may be able to change the type of birth control you are on. The new Nuva Ring is the lowest hormone dose of birth control, right now. http://www.nuvaring.com/Consumer/index.aWill my hair loss due to birth control pills eventually stop?
    yes,there are some ways
Hormones have a huge affect on hair. You should contact your obgyn and see if there is another pill you can go on or use an alternate form of birth control. As for your skin...see a dermatologist. Hair loss as a result of hormones can come and go but if it doesn't stop you will have a serious problem. I am a hairdresser. I have seen this before.

ALOPECIA: Genetic factors aside, zinc deficiency is known to cause alopecia (hair loss) in animals. I think vitamin E and the essential fatty acids linoleic and linolenic acid are also important. HAIR LOSS DUE TO ACCUTANE -- will it eventually stop? help!?

i am a 17 year old female ... i was on accutane for 6 months and have now been off it for about 3 months. i hardly experienced any side effects while on the drug, but just within the past month (about 2 mos. after being off the drug) i have been losing tons of hair... i notice it mostly in the shower (big wads of hair down the drain) and it is noticeable around my hairline.

this scares me since this has only starting happening after going off accutane (i know for a fact it is due to the drug). anyone else experienced this? will the hair loss eventually stop? will it grow back?HAIR LOSS DUE TO ACCUTANE -- will it eventually stop? help!?
Below is a question that was asked of Dr Khadavi of

http://www.morphollica.com and he has given the answer below. Hope this is helpful

Hello Dr. Khadavi I was on accutane for about 6 months and during my treatment I had no signs of hair loss. It was only after about 3 to 4 months that I started to notice my hair falling out a lot. I'm starting to see many strands of hair in my brush which I hardly ever had before. I hair is essentially falling out everywhere throughout my head, which includes the the top, and sides. The front of my hair where the hair line is, seems to be stronger than the other parts and not fall out as much, and the back of my head is better as well, since the hair is really short. One other thing, the hairs that fall out don't seem to have big roots attached to them, they seem to be small roots. Do these symptoms go with telogen effluvium? Finally, Have you ever had patients who had hair loss due to accutane? and if so, did you see that they regained their hair again? Thank you.

    Answer from DR KHADAVI:

I have patients that have had hair loss while on Accutane and typically it may last for 6-9 months and most of the hair then regrows.

Don't stress yourself out. I have the same side effect but thankfully you are girl and they will recover while males are less likely to. The downside of this is that it might take a while for it to stop. From 6 months to 2 years or more! Try not to stress out because in the end it will stop for you. Good luck

Hair loss is caused by many reasons such as malnutrition, illness, tension and other health problems. It is normal to shed some hair each day as part of a cycle of growing new hairs and loosing some. Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

What can cause diahrrea, cause hair to stop growing, and weight loss?

I have an 11 year old collie husky mix who has the following symptoms:

    1. his hair has stopped growing. We get him shaved down and his hair no longer grows back.

    2. he has lost a lot of weight in the past couple of years. Something like 15 pounds -- about 25% of his total weight. He is fed a cup of dry food with about 6 ounces of canned food with each meal and he eats approximately half to three quarters of that.

    3. he occasionally has diarrhea. This might be associated with periods where he ate more than normal or there were small changes in his diet. For instance, around thanksgiving he was given a small amount of turkey in his meals for about a week, at the end of which he had a diarrhea episode.

Is there anything specific that could cause all of this? We are taking him to the vet, but am looking up potential causes on my own as well. What can cause diahrrea, cause hair to stop growing, and weight loss?
I'm no vet, but the symptoms you describe sounds eerily like someone I knew who was diagnosed with stomach cancer. Mentally, you have to prepare yourself for the possibility you're going to need to put him to sleep to ease his pain and sufferings. What can cause diahrrea, cause hair to stop growing, and weight loss?
Jenna J has the best answer I'd say. Good luck, and I hope whatever it is can be cured! Tell your doggie I hope he is okay!
maybe over or underactive thyroid, not sure about the diahrrea though
Sound like he has a thyriod condition. The diarrhea was caused from the turkey you gave him. He and so may have a cancer in the abdomen best bet is to take him to the vet and get a complete lab work up
The list of potential causes is long.

The vet will have some good ideas.
I would definitely attribute a lot of this to old age. Do speak with your vet, I'm sure he or she will have good feedback for you.
Cancer, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, cushing's disease, etc....

Only a vet can give you a proper diagnosis, good luck!
There is a rather long list of possible causes of digestive problems, which includes intestinal parasites, fungal infections, food intolerances, pancreatitis, loss of pancreatic function, malabsorption of food, bacterial growth in the intestines, colitis, polyps, cancer, thryoid dysfunction, among others. Some of these are related to each other.

When you take him to the vet, be sure to take in a stool sample so they can screen for parasites, and ask for a complete blood workup. It will cost a bit, but may save you some time and grief down the road.

Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out

go to the store, like wall mart and look for some hair loss products, and don't brush your hari to much or to hard don't get the tangles out, it'll make it worse, just use conditioner or something.
Hair loss can be caused by many things. I suggest you find out what is causing yours. Doctor can give idea what you should use to help stop the loss. If it's heredity then just except it. Bald is in.Good Luck!

Hair loss when I stopped taking my birth control and there is also stress involved. What to do?

We lose hair everyday, 100-150 strands actually, simply from brushing and manipulating. If you have long hair, this can look like a lot, but, considering the amount of hair on a head, it鈥檚 a tiny amount. If hair is coming out in clumps, or you notice circular patches of balding spots, however, there is definitely a problem, and treatment will be based upon the specific cause. The following causes should be investigated if you are experiencing more-than-normal hair loss:

    1. Diet: An unbalanced diet, especially one without enough protein, can cause temporary hair loss. Women who are anemic often experience loss.

    2. Menopause: Because of the change in hormones during this period, hair loss can escalate, and, unfortunately, this can be permanent.

    3. Frequent Shampooing: Shampoos contain a lathering ingredient called surfactant. This can be irritating to the scalp and cause itching and scratching, thus increased hair loss.

    4. Improper Care: If you manipulate your hair too much, color and treat too much, blow dry and heat with curling irons and hot rollers too much, you will see increased hair loss. You need only to look at your bathroom floor, sink and countertops to notice this. Slow down!

    5. Psychological/Physiological Stress: Increased hair loss can occur with pregnancies, major surgery, or a major life event, such as a death or divorce. These causes are temporary and hair growth will return to normal eventually.

    6. Heredity: Heredity plays a part and comes from both sides of the family.

    7. Other Health Conditions: Thyroid problems, lupus, and diabetes can accelerate hair loss. Obviously, these need to be diagnosed by a physician.

    8. Alopecia Areata: This is an autoimmune condition characterized by circular patches of baldness. Basically, the body is attacking the hair follicles. Cortisone shots in the affected areas are required, and the earlier the better. Take heart. There鈥檚 a lot of research going on which may soon resolve most of the causes of hair loss in women. However, there is a great product that has been proven effective. It is called Provillus. Provillus is an oral supplement, which works to block DHT, a form of testosterone that is responsible for 95 percent of hair loss. It also works to stimulate the scalp and bring dead follicles back to life. You can use Provillus as a preventative tool, starting the program before hair loss becomes severe, or you can use it after DHT has already begun to take hold of your hair and scalp.

Natural Hair Loss solution is the best !

All those unnatural ways to grow hair with harsh chemicals and by plugging in hair transplants are earning huge corporations billions of dollars and doctors hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

Why would they be foolish enough to promote something that would cost you less than $15 in grocery store stuff that are able to naturally regrow your lost hair ?

Propecia : May cause birth defects in male baby's sex organs if taken by women. Also, potentially irreversible side effects occurring in the group of people taking the drug are erectile dysfunction, ejaculation disorder (decreased volume of ejaculate) and low libido.Hair loss when I stopped taking my birth control and there is also stress involved. i wouldn't worry about it, its probably just your body getting used to the hormone changes. you could get a supplement for hair loss in your local pharmacy, the good ones are a bit pricey but they are worth it, you do have to use them for a few months to see a result no point in just buying one box and giving up, also if you straighten your hair stop, o try cut down you just making it worse. hope this helps
I would see a doc. Most likely it is hormonal though, and you may always have the problem when your hormones change. I have alopecia, (no hair on my head), and at first it was really hard to accept, so I invested in nice wigs (it can be fun). Eventually though I came to love my natural look, and I usually get tons of compliments on my hair (or lack thereof). I do have lots of people ask if I have cancer, but I just say 'no, its just a much less serious medical condition' and nobody asks past that.

Anyway, I hope that your hair grows back, but if not, I hope you can find some positive things about it (like how perfect your hair always looks with a wig...or how fast you can get ready in the morning without one)

What's contributing to my hair loss? How can I stop or reverse this?

I've lost literally %70 of my hair in the past 3 months or so and I don't see an end to this in sight (hair is everywhere, on my pillow, lining the shower, the sink...it's awful)...I'm beginning to see bald spots and the texture of my hair is dry and brittle/breaking off. I was looking at a picture of myself from a year ago and I had beautiful, full locks...now this.

My first question is: I take a multi vitamin with vitamin A (about 1000 IUs) in it and I've heard that leads to hair loss...should I stop taking the vitamin? Is there a vitamin that doesn't have A in it? I know I need the vitamin because I don't have access to a lot of nutrients so I'm not really sure how I should handle this...

Secondly, what are some methods/products that have been sure fire for you or that you've heard of?

I know that some contributing factors have been my anxiety (I've been diagnosed), I've been relatively stagnant (little to no exersize), and I've been eating more carbs/sugars lately...

Will my hair ever grow back? Will it stop falling out? Please please help. Thank you. What's contributing to my hair loss? How can I stop or reverse this?
First of all i think your best going to the doctors to be checked out first.

    I'm sure they'll have a reason!

If not there are shampoo's you can buy which help.

Dealing With The Largest Inducing Factor of Hair Loss

The superior cause of thinning and balding hair is without a doubt DHT or dihydrotestosterone, a hormone that tends to cling itself to your hair follicles. As a direct result, your hair follicles get trapped, flinched and clogged therefore stimulating loss of hair and baldness.

For this reason, it is better that you focus most if not all of your effort on stopping and controlling dihydrotestosterone. There are many very effective treatments you can practice to achieve that aim:

    * Consult a doctor to identify the best conventional treatment for you.

    * Make use of the nature's most medicinal herbal solutions. Herbal remedies like saw palmetto and green tea are exceptional natural dihydrotestosterone inhibitors that work just as capable as, if not stronger than most medication treatments.

    * Make several modifications to your daily dieting and eating habits. Drink more water and avoid taking in too much fats and sugar.

    * Get sufficient amount of sleep everyday and get rid of stress. The lack of sleep and extreme stress induce your body to make and release more hair-follicles-killing DHT.

    Increasing Solid Hair Regrowth

While halting further hair loss is very important in treating the disorder, so is promoting solid growth of the hair. To accomplish a better and much firmer hair regrowth, you can try these tips:

    * Eat more healthy foods. Eat in more fruits and vegetables.

    * Consume a solid biotin supplement. Reports and feedback point out that biotin is effective of bettering the growth and density of the hair.

    * Do not forget iron, zinc and magnesium. These indispensable minerals are all necessary for your body to grow salubrious strands of hair. To make matters easier for you, you can take a good multi-nutrient supplement.

My dearest friend, I know all too well how it feels like to have hair loss. Embarrassments, frustrations and a huge dip in self confidence as well as hundreds of other bad things come hand in hand with baldness and hair loss.
After many years of research, self experimentation this was the only natural treatment I found that stops thinning and loss almost straight away and also produces new growth.

My hair has completely regrown on crown over a period of months. Where receded at front regrowth has been slower, but has virtually grown back to original hair line and though sparse at beginning, each month it became denser.

Massage scalp thoroughly with oils daily - olive oil is excellent - then using a palm held short bristled brush - soft natural boar bristles for non straight hair and stiffer for straight hair. Do it quite vigorously so you really feel it stimulating scalp. 90 /100 strokes or even more each day focusing on where loss is.

After scalp adjusts you can increase brushing. Will unplug blocked hair ducts indicated by painful small spots like pimples and a cause of hair loss and It will grow faster, thicker and It will force the new growth.

Brushing before you apply oil is equally OK.

A little shedding and breakage may occur at first but quickly stops as hair will quickly get better anchored and stronger.

After one, two weeks or more(depends on how much you have brushed) you will see new hairs appearing. Initially they will be tiny and weak looking and sparse. Don't be concerned if further brushing uproots them as they will re-appear even stronger.

It demands perseverance week in, week out to get the same results. I've found most do not persevere and so fail to get them. But have heard from some who have had equal if not better success than I have had.

Using this treatment it is OK to wash hair every day. Most shampoos are scalp and hair damaging and are cause of loss(Do a Google to confirm). I stopped using and use only a natural bar(or tablet) soap with no additives , no coloring and no perfumes. Some organic shampoos are OK but then some are not (research will tell you why)

Genetics probably are a factor in hair loss. Many male family members - one is only 18 and is totally bald - have suffered severe hair loss. I honestly believe this treatment saved me from the same fate.

Try it you will be happy that you did!

    Mukunda.

year ago I suffered very much from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.

the things that really worked for me was:

    1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

    2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

    3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

    4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

    5) also I used herbal treatment - TrichoZed

It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for me!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.info/why.php

It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major cause of hair loss!

    good luck!

I'm a 45 year old lady and have begun to notice hair loss. Any ideas why and what I can do to stop it?

Hello, i strongly suggest that the first thing you need to do is research the reasons why you may be losing excess hair.

Once you have ruled out any of these as reasons for the hair loss, you will want to begin to concentrate on other reasons. The production of too much testosterone can cause loss of hair.

This is often experienced when women go through menopause. Their estrogen is lower which allows the production of more testosterone.

This paves the way for the production of DHT which is a problem for hair follicles. It attaches itself and smothers hair follicles causing them to shrink. When this happens, they begin to drop hair and will not grow new hair either. There are that will stop this process such as Minoxidil (mentioned by Dr. Craig Ziering and hair loss usfferer in the video).I'm a 45 year old lady and have begun to notice hair loss. Any ideas why and what I can do to stop it?
well everytime someone ask for help and I give them a site to go to they get mad at me. I hope you don't. You and I are the same age. so I ask are you on any medications that may bbe causing this?

There are only two drugs approved by the FDA that are for hair loss they are Minoxidil and Finasteride. They are also approved by The American Hair Loss Association to treat and slow down the process of hair loss and pattern baldness. I have not found the products that these durgs are in over the counter that is why I have to send you to a website. If the link dosen't turn blue just copy it into you browser. Thanks and good luuck also Happy Coming HolidaysI'm a 45 year old lady and have begun to notice hair loss. Any ideas why and what I can do to stop it?
so try this...regular trims are a must, about every 7-9 weeks. if its been awhile since you have had a trim then inches may be called for to get to healthy hair. i use vitamin e on fresh washed hair.(its a vitamin that can be purchased where you buy vitamins, cut open capsule, squeeze into hand, rub hands together and apply to hair) dont message into scalp. if you get too much then just rewash it. hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then it will be nice and soft. it tames the frizzies, deep conditions and makes hair grow about three in a month. it takes about a month for the e to kick in. dont brush your hair but maybe once a week to message the scalp, i use a wide tooth comb at other times. brushing breaks off hair. i just started biotin vitamins two months ago this sat and notice and big growth spurt from that. biotin is cheap. i also have the biotin shampoo that i got from a vitamin store online. five bucks for a big bottle and a big bottle of E is about 8 bucks. the biotin is about 3 bucks. good luck
If it is an all over thinning of the hair, try Rogaine. If it is missing in patches, go see a dermatologist.
Tell your doctor, your thyroid may be low.
